“I found a couple different recipes online and I can’t decide which one’s the best. What do you think?”

“Well they both are lookin’ pretty good. Just pass me a fork and I’ll be more then happy to tell ya.”

“Were they wrong?”

“Why are you complaining? Halloween is awesome.”

“Not when you’re the shopping cart.”

“What’s your scene then?”

“But of course! If it’ll please you my queen. I’ll rectify the situation posthaste”

“Correction, I prefer King.” 

“Actually, now that I’m actually looking at the boy, you’d probably eat him alive… Poor guy,” she said, chuckling. “Well okay, so no to the cute sweater boy. How about… ––ooh! How about rugged man pecs over there?”

“Now you’re talkin’.” Presley nodded approving of the girls second choice.

“You’re not enjoying all the decoration thing?”

“Does this nonsensical babbling have a point, or? It sure feels like you’re complaining about a beloved holiday. Don’t be that person. Nobody likes that person.”

“Yeah and nobody likes being other people’s pack mule, do they now?”

“It’s really fun. What’s your problem?”

“T minus 2 months for the best day of my life – of this year.”

“Can you maybe celebrate with out the awful moves? Can I even call them that...”

“I’m at the point in my life where I need to take on a second job. Alternatively I could just lay down and die. That’s something college kids wanna do right?”

“Ah. Sure. Whatever makes you shut up with the whining.”

“Gasp–– Okay, don’t look now but… Cute guy. Three o’clock. Checkin’ you out. So how do you wanna play this? I totally got your back, bro. Wing-woman of the year, right here.”

“Alright girls that’s it for this meeting, I think I’ve explained it all, if anyone has any kind of question, I’ll be hanging around for a while.” Juls said as everyone began to stand up, some leaving, some staying behind to chat and so on. She began to read over some of the papers she had in hand when she felt someone approaching her. “What’s up?”she said without lifting her eyes.

Presley sighed, “you’re putting me in the shopping committee?” It was a bit of a shock for her because it wasn’t exactly her thing. “Please tell me I’m the one carrying everything or something.”
