4/20 GLAZE IT. No, but really, clay glazing is one of the most unpredictable and beautiful phenomenons I’ve ever seen. This was my first time taking ceramics, and it’s become one of my favorite activities ever.

"100 Years of Genocide" In collaboration with the Armenian Student Association of #CSULB ASI will be holding a panel in commemoration of the centennial of the Armenian Genocide. In 1915, leaders of the Turkish government set in motion a plan to expel and massacre #Armenian living in the Ottoman Empire. 1.5 million Armenians were massacred in the Ottoman Empire through the systematic campaign to exterminate an entire people. However, the Turkish government does not acknowledge the enormity or scope of these events. Despite pressure from Armenians and social justice advocates throughout the world, it is still illegal in #Turkey to talk about what happened to the #Armenians during this era. Unrecognized genocides are commonplace. It was carried out by Khmer Rouge in #Cambodia between 1975 and 1979, and to American Indians known as the "500 Year War" between 1492 and 1900.
