Augustus Hamilton, a steel businessman, bought a big house that he later demolished to build a new one for his wife, Clotilda Hamilton.

Built between 1875 and 1876, Hamilton House was Mrs. Hamilton’s birthday present, and they hosted a housewarming party that met the house’s high standards.

Hey simmers! I wanted to share some pics of the interior my latest WIP, Hamilton House, a 3-story mansion with one basement. Fortunately, I’ve managed to finish most of the main rooms in the first floor.

Hey everyone. I wanted to share some pictures of my latest builds, still incomplete: Hamilton House. Built in a mountainous area in 1909, this Georgian style mansion enjoys great views.

Hello everyone! I’d like to share some pictures of my latest build, Villa Contessa, inspired by the Museum of Decorative Arts in Havana, Cuba. A big thanks to @felixandresims​ and @thejim07​ who made most of the concent I used.

Mrs. Bainbridge left the café earlier because she had to be prepared for a special guest that was yet to come.

She read a book in the family room while she wated for the visit to come.

Mrs. Bainbridge: Oh, of course not, honey.

Mrs. LeClercq: Do not be ridiculous, Cecile.

Mrs. Bainbridge: I absolutely trust Richard. He might have been a little immoral during his early years, yet he grew up and has proven me that.

Mrs. LeClercq: Yes, and Jean has no reason to cheat… and if he did, I would not care, I would just get someone new.

Mrs. Bainbridge: Why do you ask? *whispers* Do you think that Julius is not loyal?

Mrs. Barrington: I am not sure, I do not want to think that. He sometimes comes home too late and does not show any romantic interest in me like a kiss, or even talking about his day like he used to.

Mrs. LeClercq: Oh, Cecile. He is a businessman! He obviously will be tired after a long and stressful day. He only wants to relax.

Mrs. Bainbridge: Yes, and do not forget that you are too young and still beautiful. You both just got married! He has no reason to cheat.

Mrs. LeClercq: And did you hear what happened to Mrs. Doller? What a tragedy.

Mrs. Barrington: Susan or Caroline Doller?

Mrs. Bainbridge: Susan Doller… She is a rehabilitation clinic in New York.

Mrs. Barrington: Why?

Mrs. LeClercq: She found Mr. Doller cheating on her in their own bedroom, again, and she got depressed and started getting some “medicinal consolation”.

Mrs. Bainbridge: Poor woman, and he seemed to really care about her.

Mrs. LeClercq: They all do. Gustave will stop his businesses with the Dollers now.

Mrs. Barrington: It is really a shame… and do you not, sometimes feel that,.. do you not have the feeling that your husbands are…? You know.

Mrs. Bainbridge: That they are cheating on us? 

Mrs. Barrington: Yes.

The queens of the social scene are the fabulous housewives. Wearing a timeless fashion, these elegant and polished ladies also invade the downtown’s streets every morning on workdays to gather with their friends and start their  aristocrat lives in the cafés. Everyday, they have to greet every acquaintance they met and act properly.

Les Fleurs was the best and most famous café in town by far. The ladies’ favorite, it was owned by the Levêque family.

Mrs. Bainbridge met her friends at the Downtown’s shop. They all were part of Mrs. Cornell’s inner circle, making them enjoy higher social prominence.
