Lecture 01: Your Stamina Level
Premature Ejaculation University Winter 2018 curriculum Premature Ejaculation Concepts 101 Professor Maximus vanSnelst
Lecture 01: Your stamina level
Determining and understanding your stamina level.
For propagation of the species reasons, Mother Nature made it such that males orgasm quickly and easily, and often perhaps a bit too quickly. Having âstaminaâ is natural for some, a matter of steely control for others, and impossible for many.
So letâs take a closer look at stamina, and what it means to those aspiring to understand the positive and pleasant aspects of premature ejaculation. The term âstaminaâ is defined as âthe ability to sustain prolonged physical or mental effort.â The definition makes it obvious that the term is ill-chosen to describe the length of time one can perform vaginal intercourse prior to reaching orgasm.
Intercourse is not like a marathon where physical strength and mental fortitude lead to success. In fact, physical fitness and strength have very little to do with sustaining intercourse. There are millions of strong and physically very fit males who are premature ejaculators. Not all the fitness in the world will help them hold their cum.
One might argue that mental effort relates more closely to the ability to hold back orgasm, but that really isnât so either. Willpower only goes that far. You might will yourself through those 50 pushups or through the last mile of a run, but try to stop a cough or sneeze, or the point-of-no-return. Willpower may prolong the act but only at the cost of pleasure and, as weâll discuss in a future lesson, sometimes willpower backfires.
That said, for some reason the term âstaminaâ has come to be used as a measure of a maleâs ability to have lengthy intercourse. Thus, âstaminaâ is worn like a batch, an achievement, an extraordinary feat, and something to be proud of and brag about. âStaminaâ almost stands for great sex, ability to please, consideration, and moral fortitude.
Stamina â Luck of the Draw
In fact, stamina â and Iâll use the faulty term with reluctance â is nothing more than luck of the draw. Some have it and some donât. Some have it all their life, some have it and lose it, some didnât have it and then suddenly itâs there, and with some it comes and goes. There are men who would give almost everything to have more of it, and there are others who would gladly have less. In fact, seeking LESS stamina is why most of you enrolled at PEU and for this course of study.
Since stamina, or the lack of it, is clearly one of the key issues in the study and pursuit of premature ejaculation, it is imperative that every student has a clear understanding of their own stamina. Your personal (and certified!) stamina level is part of your scholastic record here at PEU. Your stamina level not only affects the courses your advisor here at PEU will recommend for you, but it is also a key metric used in measuring your progress throughout your course of study and, of course, your ability to lower your level (if needed) figures large in your final grades and qualification for graduation.
Note that the vanSnelst Stamina Level classification system, built upon decades of PE research, is by far the most accurate and most widely used such system, and also the only one issuing board-approved stamina level certification cards, the use and maintenance of which is on the verge of becoming mandatory in 23 major countries (72 other nations are in preliminary phases of discussion and implementation). It is safe to say that in a few yearsâ time, and quite possibly sooner, an official stamina certification card will be a prerequisite for the commencement of any dating activity, and a maleâs SL number will be an official part of his record (note that âManaging your SL numberâ is part of the advanced curriculum at EU). For females, knowing a potential partnerâs SL will be as important, and as commonplace, as knowing your bedâs sleep number.
But now on to the scale itself.
All of you will undoubtedly already be familiar with the scale. For the purpose of this course, weâll examine and discuss each level. This will help you gain a greater understanding of Stamina Level science as well as of your place within the scale. Donât be surprised if you are not where you think you are. Â Â Â Â
So let us look at the vanSnelst Stamina Level classification system: Â
Level 10: Iâve never in my life cum too soon; I have perfect stamina.
If you ever meet someone who claims to be a Level 10, call him a lier. If he wonât admit it, ask his girlfriend or his wife. There isnât a man alive  who has never cum too soon. Nothingâs âperfect.â And whoâd want to go on banging forever. Making love is not an olympic event. If you claim to be a Level 10 and are in this class, seeking to become a premature ejaculator, the university may overlook your fibbing and will do its best to help you. Â
Level 9: Iâve cum too soon perhaps a couple of times in my life; itâs not an issue for me.
If youâre a Level, youâre still quite the exception. And your female partnerâs may say that those âcouple of timesâ may be more like a few dozen times, or more. But even that, truth be told, would still enable you to say itâs not an issue for you. I, Professor Maximus vanSnelst myself, was a Level 9 for many years. I vividly recall the long, boring hours of intercourse and the desperate search for a good fantasy, or any fantasy, that would lead me to orgasm. It was miserable for all involved! Â
Level 8: Every now and then I cum too soon, like everyone else.
A large number of men claim to be Level 8, but technically they are lying as well. Because a) âtoo soonâ is relative and their female partners may well disagree, and b) because female vaginal orgasm simply doesnât happen all the time, making even decent duration âtoo soon.â You can, however, bask in the knowledge that most premature ejaculators cannot even imagine what it might be like to only cum too soon âevery now and then.â Â
Level 7: Itâs something that happens more often than I like, but I am not concerned.
Chances are that it happens a lot more often than you really like but you wonât admit that. Thatâs okay. You are pretty much the norm, or at least what most males claim to be the norm.
Level 6: I have a premature ejaculation issue but can usually control it.
Level 6 is where most human males are. It has to be that way, or else there would be no human species. Mother Nature wants for males to cum more quickly than females, or else the females would get up and walk away when they are done. Never forget, men and women do this to reliably get the sperm in the right place at the right time. The truth is that nature wants all men to be premature ejaculators.
Level 5: I have a premature ejaculation issue and rarely last more than 5 to 10 minutes during intercourse.
You, in fact, do not have a premature ejaculation issue. According to Wikipedia, âthe average time for heterosexual intercourse (coitus) was 7 minutes and that 1 to 2 minutes was too short, 3 to 7 minutes was adequate and 7 to 13 minutes desirable, while 13 to 30 minutes was too long.â Weâve even seen infographs that claim that 9 out of 10 men ejaculate within a minute after vaginal penetration. That may or may not be so, but fact is that most stamina claims are quite exaggerated. With numbers like those, itâs clear that the last thing the PE remedy industry seeks is to âcureâ premature ejaculation, just like the diet industry certainly doesnât want to make people permanently thin.
That said, if youâre a Level 5 you are hardly a desperate premature ejaculator, but the thought probably has crossed your mind.
Level 4: I rarely last more than a few strokes during intercourse.
Now weâre getting into true premature ejaculator territory. Level 4 is what the US$2 billion per year premature ejaculation remedy industry labels a âsexual dysfunction,â an industry that expects to grow by 9% over the next five years according to market researchers at arizton.com.
If youâre a Level 4, youâre at a point where youâre either panicking or, if youâre lucky, start thinking about embracing and eventually enjoying your condition. This is where your instructor found himself after decades of being a Level 9. Luckily, his condition sparked a very enjoyable PE fetish and he couldnât have it any other way. Â Â
Level 3: When attempting intercourse I often ejaculate before I am even fully inside.
Level 3 and Level 4 often go together. Both are clearly in premature ejaculator territory. A Level 3 may occasionally reach Level 4 or, on very rare occasions, even Level 5. Most Level 4s will occasionally experience Level 3 incidents. Depending on their mindset, they will consider those a setback or an especially exciting sexual treat. PEU faculty research suggests that reaching Level 3 is a fairly common fantasy and even goal of males afflicted with the PE fetish, even if they are not PE (yet). Â
Level 2: When attempting intercourse I often ejaculate before I am even close to her pussy.
While most consider Level 2 to be an advanced extent of premature ejaculation, some PEU researchers suggest that ejaculation prior to any vaginal contact may constitute a different PE variant, one with related but different psychological/physical balance and alternate PONR (Point-of-no-Return) triggering. Submission/humiliation components may be at work, as well as cross-fetish elements. However, PEU research has also identified Level 2 PE as a frequent fetish/fantasy goal and desire. At this point, there is much argumentation pitting E=E (Entry = Ejaculation) purists who believe that vaginal entry is ground zero for ejaculation against more liberal PEF proponents who view the desire to be/become a premature ejaculator within a broader context. Â
Level 1: I never get close to intercourse as I usually ejaculate into my pants.
Level 1 is less well researched than any other level on the van Snelst Stamina Scale. While most males have experienced âcumming into their pantsâ during early phases of dating and petting, most have traditionally grown out of it and either assumed a sexual life on the middle levels of the Stamina Scale or became mild premature ejaculators. There are indications that the emergence of the Internet is changing that. With pornographic sites and depictions a mainstream part of life, âgooningâ and âcumming in your pantsâ have become vastly more common, to the extent where prior behaviors have become conditions and even fetishes and desires. Much research remains to be done in this area.
And this concludes your first lecture in âPremature Ejaculation Concepts 101.â Re-assess your own Stamina Level with your new knowledge. If it has changed your perception, please contact your PEU advisor so that your official record can be adjusted. Note that this may require credible evidence.

Lecture 02: Facets of the Premature Ejaculation fetish
A look at the PE fetish and introduction to its sub-groups
Good morning, and I trust you all have given ample thought to the subject of your initial Premature Ejaculation Concepts class here at PEU. By now you should know what, exactly, your Stamina Level is, and what that means to you. Weâve had quite a few student requests to have their level changed in their records. All of those requests were verified and found to be in order, save one that required independent third party validation by one of the PE field experts we have on staff here at the university.
In our second lecture, weâll be examining the many facets of the premature ejaculation fetish. Why, you may ask, are we dealing with this topic so early in your course of studies here at PEU? The answer is simple. While millions of men out there seek to rid themselves of their premature ejaculation issues, you are among the very few who are intrigued enough by this condition to seek to become premature ejaculators yourselves!
This makes it imperative that we examine the very nature of premature ejaculation and determine the paths, divergent though they may be, that have led you here to this room.
So pay attention and let it all sink in. Thatâs to your benefit as itâll be reflected in your grades. And more importantly, itâll help you figure out who and what you are.
On the surface, it would seem exceedingly weird to have a premature ejaculation fetish, which in this instance weâll define as being turned on by the thought and prospect of ejaculating prematurely or cumming too soon. After all, itâd seem very illogical to be turned on by something that is generally considered negative, as a condition, a curse, something thatâs embarrassing and humiliating, something that ruins oneâs own pleasure as well as that of the partner.
Then again, it is in the nature of fetishes, and preferences in general, to be quite irrational. There are many fetishes that can be considered humiliating, embarrassing, painful, and not, in a conventional sense, conducive to the pleasure of a partner unless, of course, the partner is in on it).
As is the case with every fetish or thrill, there are a number of facets to the PE fetish.
For example, itâs one thing to already be a premature ejaculator and having the fetish, and quite another to not have the condition but still having the fetish. The former have to live with the condition whether they like it or not, the latter donât have that issue.
Likewise, there appear to be two distinct subgroups within the PE fetish.
Sub group 1: Conquerors who crave defeat
For one group it is the idea of being brought to orgasm prematurely that is the thrill. For them, itâs the thrill of âlosingâ in battle, of having wrested control away from them, of being made to orgasm even if they try as hard as they can not to. This group finds it exciting to contemplate females who âhave their number,â who can make them cum at will, who say or do things against which they are powerless. This group seems prevalent among those encountered by PEU research staff and field workers. Â
If you are among that group, the question you have to ask yourself is whether you seek to become a true premature ejaculator â i.e. an individual who cannot control premature ejaculation even under unforced circumstances â or simply hone the feeling of anticipation and desire you encounter whenever a sexual encounter looms, one that you both hope and fear that you may lose.
If this is you, you may, in fact, not really want to become a premature ejaculator in the truest sense of the word, but simply a male who finds pleasure in this sort of sexual interaction, one where the conquering male may find himself on the losing end. For you, the idea of the overpowering, vanquishing vagina is the thrill, and the shame of quickly (or even after a good fight) losing the battle and slinking away with hanging head and a limp, dribbling, defeated penis.
So keep in mind: members of this section generally split into two groups.
One that seeks to hold on to their stamina and has no intention of giving it up. For them, the shame of losing in battle to the vagina is the thrill, the shame of losing their ironclad control. Â
The other enjoys the battle of the genders just as much, but there is an oddly exciting undercurrent of fear: what if the unthinkable might happen and they do end up premature ejaculators for real? Members of our research staff have interviewed numerous such men who swear they do not wish to become premature ejaculators, but all their fantasies center around just that.
Sub group 2: Submissives who crave humiliation Â
For the other group, which generally consists of males who find excitement in humiliation to varying degrees, it is the thrill of simply having no control over their penis. Their desire, their fetish, rests in knowing beyond any doubt that they wonât last once they become sexually excited, and certainly wonât last with, and inside, a woman.
Members of this group get a great thrill out of facing the reality that being inside or even near a pussy is simply too much for them. They thrills in contemplating how and how quickly they will fail and lustfully play scenarios in their minds again and again. They wonder whether they may face the embarrassment of cumming in their pants, or before they even make contact with a pussy, or losing it after just a stroke or two.
Those affected by this type of PE fetish find themselves feeling as strongly about their condition as those unfortunate males who are premature ejaculators and view it as the bane of their existence, the biggest problem in their lives. Only, those who have the PE fetish seek and desire the condition. Simply thinking of themselves as premature ejaculators turns them on, the thought of not lasting turns them on, and for many it is enough to simply say to themselves âI am a premature ejaculatorâ to have a violent orgasm. Â
This group seems the minority among those I know. Â
What both groups have in common is the inexplicable thrill and turn-on of facing loss of control and the associated humiliation. The thrill of maleness being vanquished by femaleness, of the pussy prevailing over the cock. Some, but not all, may enjoy being teased and mocked over their condition, fetish or simply lack of control.
Are there other groups? Â
Some among the faculty here at PEU argue there may be a third possible interpretation, that of viewing an interest in PE as enjoying sort of a carte blanche right of cumming no matter where or what. âI simply stick it inside a woman and then cum as quickly as I can,â said one such male in an interview. âSome women like it,â he said, âit gives them a sense of power and control. And Iâll certainly oblige them any way I can.â
The universityâs preliminary position is that this third explanation doesnât currently fit into the range of this curriculum as forcing oneâs own orgasm is quite different from desiring to lose control or be intrigued by it.
Conclusion and assignments
And this concludes your second lecture in âPremature Ejaculation Concepts 101.â You have learned about the basics of the various facets of the premature ejaculation fetish. Note that this brief introduction session is just that, a broad look at a complex, intricate obsession that even we here at PEU are just starting to understand in its depth and detail. Â
Your assignment is to use your new-gained knowledge to write a brief essay (approximately 300 words) on where you yourself fit in, what of these groups you belong to, and what, at this early point in your studies, the premature ejaculation fetish means to you.
Lecture 03: PE versus PE Fetish
Premature Ejaculation University Winter 2018 curriculum Premature Ejaculation Concepts 101 Professor Maximus vanSnelst
Lecture 03: PE versus PE Fetish
Good morning! Many of you may have wondered what this lecture is all about. After all, isnât there a very clear difference between being a premature ejaculator and being sexually attracted to the thought of becoming a premature ejaculator? The former seeks control but doesnât have any, whereas the latter has control but doesnât want any.
Well, it isnât that easy. Premature ejaculation is insidious. It can sneak up on you. It can embrace you so subtly that you donât even know whatâs happening. And since premature ejaculation is no different from any other orgasm â wonderful and delicious â itâs a great feeling no matter when it happens. How could you hate something that feels so good? You canât.
And that is how premature ejaculation reels you in. Not everyone, of course. Or else there wouldnât be a huge industry getting rich on âcuringâ males the world over from their premature ejaculation. But there are enough, and more every day, who give in and embrace premature ejaculation as the wondrous gift it is.
âA gift?â some of you may say. âIsnât PE something weird and unnatural and unfortunate?â It isnât, my dear students. When was the last time you heard a woman complain about cumming too soon? Women, in fact, pride themselves in how quickly they can cum. And for good reason. Orgasms are wonderful. Control is not. Sex is about yielding, getting lost in wonderful feelings, giving in, enjoying the gift of sex and lust.
Sure, for some weird reason males are expected to last and hold back their own enjoyment until they have brought their female partner to a vaginal orgasm. Only then males are allowed to cum. That makes no natural sense. The biological imperative is to deliver sperm at all cost. Cumming âprematurelyâ makes Mother Nature smile. And you wouldnât want to disappoint Mother Nature.
But seriously, think about it: should sex be about mindlessly pounding away, always fearful of cumming too soon, measuring success only on whether she came? As if sex were an Olympic sport? Not so. Thereâs really nothing âprematureâ about any ejaculation. It is something wonderful and part of life. It only becomes an issue if a male is uptight, fearful, filled with unrealistic expectations and the belief he must live up to some fake macho chest-pounding.
Given how unnatural âstaminaâ is, how counterproductive from a biological perspective, how unfulfilling for the male, itâs no surprise that many males are premature ejaculators, and that for a good number the prospect of being a premature ejaculator is not only a good thing, a desirable thing, but becomes a downright need and desire, a fetish.
And that means you need to know where you, individually are, dear students. You need to know how to differentiate between just having PE issues or if you have already progressed to  enjoying a full PE fetish.
The following sections will help you in determining where you are. Study them carefully. See what applies to you and what does not. Â Â Â
You have PE issues if:
Being a minute man would be a big improvement for you:
Given that, depending on the source and study, the average time a man lasts between insertion and orgasm is about five minutes, a minute just isnât that much. Especially since, also according to studies, it takes a woman significantly longer (according to some sources three to 10 times as long) to reach orgasm than a male.
Youâve cum into your pants a time or three:
Youâd think thatâs a surefire sign of having PE issues, but itâs not that clear-cut. Many of us had this happen early in in our sexual careers. Petting, making out in the car, slow-dancing⌠it can happen. But if youâre a grown man and it STILL happen to you frequently, you have PE issues.
You occasionally cum before youâre even inside of her:
Accidents happen you say. It has happened to all of us, it truly has. Maybe she was a bit too proactive, maybe she said something particularly sex, or it may have been something else. But the result is the same: you squirt before youâre even inside. So the really question is how âoccasionallyâ this really happens to you. Once in your life? Once a year? Or really like quite often? Because, unless your beloved is just a real tiger, if thatâs what it is, you have PE issues. Â
You canât remember the last time you lasted more than 10 or 20 strokes:
Few of us count strokes. And no one can remember everything. In fact, we usually donât remember anything thatâs normal and not out of the ordinary. So itâs not like youâre expected to remember that three weeks ago you went 53 strokes and last week 72. The issue here is whether youâre at a point where youâre obsessed with how long you last and you literally do count every pump, If youâre there, you WOULD remember the last time you lasted. If you truly canât remember, you have PE issues.
The crowd your chatty GF hangs with snickers when they see you:
Crowds snicker all the time. Everyone snickers about this or that. Thatâs not the point here. The point is that whenever someone or a whole group snickers, you think itâs because of your little problem. Youâve become so obsessed with it that you think everyone knows of your premature ejaculation problem. Itâs a major thing for you. You think about it all the time. Youâre convinced people look at you and snicker. You do have PE issues. Â
Youâve been asked at parties if youâre âthat premature ejaculatorâ:
Now, granted, this isnât likely to happen. Most people just arenât that rude or direct. But some crowds arenât that sensitive and well-behaved. So if a party is really heating up and the crowd is into the third or fourth keg and getting loose and happy, they may well say things they otherwise wouldnât. So if someone lets that question slip, you can rest assured that you are indeed a premature ejaculator. She told her friends. Youâre not just a little fast. You have PE. Â
You rank a Level 5 or less on the vanSnelst Stamina Scale:
Yes, thereâs that stamina scale. If youâve heard about it or seen it even before signing up to this class here at PEU, chances already are that you have PE issues, whatever kind they may be. So if you did look at it and found yourself a Level 5, you probably think that 5 out of 10 isnât bad, just sort of average. And that is actually true. Level 5 means rarely lasting more than 5 or 10 minutes. That IS average but itâs also not very long. And so you may well have PE issues.
You hide numbing creams in the back of your nightstand drawer:
If feeling the need to make your dick less sensitive isnât a sure-fire telltale sign of having PE issues, what is? Next.
Youâve tried wearing double condoms to last longer:
The thought process here is that the lessened friction of wearing not just one condom but two prolongs your intravaginal ejaculation latency time, which is a fancy term we PE researchers and experts use to describe how long you last from sticking it in to orgasm. The fact that you thought of trying this method clearly tells that you think  you have PE issues. And if you think that, you do.
You consider asking Dr. Phil for help with your PE:
Yes, comic relief here. People go on TV talk shows to get publicly humiliated by one of those TV charlatans all the time. But there are indeed those who feel so strongly about an issue that they are driven to air it publicly. Which, of course, means you really have it bad. Most definitely PE.
You know your wife calls you âpreemieâ behind your back:
Thatâs a rough one. We all want to be the best lover possible to our partner. Itâs an intimate thing, one where we open up, reveal our innermost secrets, where we are bare and vulnerable. To then find out that what happened in the bedroom is not staying in the bedroom is a punch in the gut for sure. And equally sure is that you have PE issues.
You have a PE fetish if:
The thought of being a premature ejaculator turns you on:
You donât know why. It really doesnât make any sense. But somehow the mere thought of being a premature ejaculator, of not being able to control your cum, of never knowing when and where youâll lose it⌠you just think of it and you get all turned on and your dick gets hard. Yes, my friend, you have a PE fetish.
You fantasize about squirting at her pussy before you even get close to it:
Given that being inside a pussy is simply the most wonderful experience in a manâs life and existence, why would anyone fantasize about ejaculating BEFORE entering the nirvana of the vagina? Because you have a PE fetish. Thatâs why. The sheer thought of not even making it in is a turn-on for you.
You lustfully wonder how quickly you cum with her next time:
Is your mind lustfully filled with contemplating how quickly you will cum? When will it happen? Before you enter her? Once inside? How many strokes will you last? If all these are erotic thoughts for you, foreplay really, youâre under the influence of the PE fetish.
You consider cumming in your pants exciting sex:
Sex is as sex does. And as some of you may know, having complete control and perfect stamina does by no means guarantee exciting sex. I, Professor Maximus van Snelst, remember numerous sexual marathons that were anything but exciting. In fact, they were boring, unexciting and definitely not sexy. All sorts of things may sexually excite us and bring us pleasure and thrills. So cumming in your pants may well be a wonderful sexual experience for some males. However, it also means the presence of a premature ejaculation fetish.
You love it when your GF calls you âTwo-Pump Chumpâ:
Definitely fetish. The humiliation is thrilling. So much so that you crave and desire it, even if that may not work out in your favor. It is what it is. Your fetish makes you desire to be in that position and hear those words an feel that humiliation. Thatâs because you have the PE fetish.
You love it when she mocks you for cumming too soon:
Words are very powerful. Even those with perfect stamina arenât immune to sexy bantering, âdirtyâ talk, or whatever turns them on. Of course, those guys are never just a word away from helplessly squirting, but you are. And, to make matters worse, you get a real kick when she mocks and teases you about it. Thatâs because you have a PE fetish.
You fantasize ranking even lower on the vanSnelst Stamina Scale:
Yes, here at PEU weâve had many guys admit that they fantasize over ranking lower on the Stamina Scale. How can that be? Is it because you have a PE fetish. Â
The thought of a woman making you orgasm at will turns you on:
If youâve paid attention during the second lecture of this course of study, you know that a good percentage of all males afflicted with the PE fetish consider this its primary thrill, that the vagina wins over the penis. Itâs a battle they will lose and ejaculate prematurely. Game over. The PE fetish wins.
Knowing that your GF calls you preemie behind your back is a turn-on:
While those afflicted with PE are shocked and dismayed knowing that their GF or wife calls them Preemie behind their back, for you itâs a thrill and turn-on. Who all has she told? Who knows? What a thrill. Yup, you have the PE fetish.
You dread losing control with a woman, but the thought also thrills you:
Youâre of two minds. You certainly donât want to be a premature ejaculator, yet the thought of a woman making you one is just so damned sexy. You got the fetish, pal.
You listen to hypnotic audios and videos to make you even more PE:
If this is where you are, then resorting to hypnosis is a desperate cry for help. You so badly want to get rid of the yoke of stamina that you seek subliminal enforcement thatâll help you becoming premature. Bravo.
So now you know how to differentiate between having PE issues and actually having a PE fetish. Think it through, be honest with yourself.
Write down your feelings and reactions to this lecture and report it to your personal coach.
Lecture 04: The dark side of PE
Premature Ejaculation University Winter 2018 curriculum Premature Ejaculation Concepts 101 Professor Maximus vanSnelst
Lecture 04: The dark side of PE
Attracted to the PE concept? Beware; there are pitfalls and caveats
Right upfront, why would a course of study here at the Premature Ejaculation University include a lecture on the dark side of PE? Did you not sign up for this course to learn more about PE, about becoming a PE, and about optimizing the enjoyment you get out of becoming, or being, afflicted with this fascinating condition? Of course you did, and you will learn all that and more.
But that does not mean that it is not our responsibility to also highlight the darker side of PE, the caveats, the pitfalls, the dangers, and the potentially devastating consequences. This academic institutionâs founder himself, Chancellor Prejacker, is quite clear on this subject, and he has asked all faculty to make certain that all students are aware of his position and have read the following words:
Founderâs Caveat:
âAs the number of people following my work increases, I feel it would be amiss if I didnât offer some kind of disclaimer. I am a man on a mission. I have been around for awhile and I didnât choose this path without considering the consequences. I get messages from twenty-something virgins who want to travel this path as well.
If you fall into that group, my advice to you is that you may want to try conventional sexuality first . At least you will know what youâre giving up. Yes, you will be giving something up. So do so on the right terms. Be careful what you ask for! Itâs a great ride. The mother of all roller coasters! But it just might be a roller coaster you canât get off!
I am from a different generation than most of you. You young guys grew up with internet porn so youâre probably kinkier than I will ever be, and convention may be out of the question for you already. Even so I wanted to bring it up.â
What makes PE so dangerous then?
So what are the dangers of PE? Youâre all here because you have an interest in it. Interest, in fact, would be putting it too mildly; most of you have a PE fetish. Youâre thrilled with it, drawn to it, possessed by it, in love with it. You enjoy the experience of premature ejaculation, you have embraced it, youâre training to become PE. PE is a thrill, a desire, a goal for you. There is nothing thatâs a bigger turn-on, nothing that gets you going like PE.
Why then, I ask you, are millions of men desperate of getting rid of their premature ejaculation condition? Why is there a TWO BILLION DOLLAR premature ejaculation remedy and cure industry? And why is that industry expected to grow substantially? It is because all those men hate being PEs, because they think itâs ruined, or ruining, their happiness, their relationships, their lives.
The clear conclusion we must draw from the fact that there are all those millions of men who hate being premature ejaculators and only the few of you in this course who aspire to become PEs should tell you something. Youâre playing with fire. You want something that the vast majority considers a serious liability at best, and usually a full-blown disaster.
Many of you will now say that you realize that the PE fetish is just that, a fetish, and that most fetishes come and go. Heck, next week, month or year you may be into something else, and that something else will feel just as thrilling and exciting and just as big of a turn-on as premature ejaculation is to you now.
The problem is that while your PE fetish may go away, as unthinkable as that may seem to you, PE itself may not.
Yes, there it is: once you are a premature ejaculator, you may not be able to not be one. You my be stuck with the condition for the rest of your life.
How can that be?
How could that be? You had good stamina before the PE fetish, maybe even great stamina, and should you decide youâre done with the fetish, you simply go back to having good stamina. That may not be so.
Scientific evidence suggests that for a good number of males afflicted with premature ejaculation, the condition is an acquired one. For most males who acquire the condition it happens early on in life, starting with their first sexual encounters. Sex feels so good and they are so highly charged that they finish very quickly. They canât help it.
Entering a vagina is a heavenly feeling, and cumming inside a vagina is even better. Itâs easy to see how many young males quickly form brain patterns that equate entering a vagina with that wonderful ejaculation. Their mind and body expect it. And as they grow older and more mature, they find that they cannot change it. They have become lifelong premature ejaculators.
It is easy to see that such brain patterns may form in other ways. If a premature ejaculation fetish brings so much pleasure, why can it not create those same links and cement them? Thinking of prematurely ejaculating is exciting, thrilling. And the too-early ejaculation is wonderful, too. It feels great, itâs, depending on the individual, deliciously humiliating or embarrassing. Brain patterns are formed. PE becomes permanent.
Thereâs also substantial evidence that porn, exercises or certain masturbation habits foster premature ejaculation. Yes, there are exercises that foster premature ejaculation, lessen the ability to hold back, mess with stamina.
The point here is that it can happen. Pursuing your PE fetish can have lasting consequences.
While cumming too soon looks like a thrill now, what if the fetish goes away but a young man may find that he is now a permanent premature ejaculator? This can have serious consequences when entering the dating pool and on forming relationships. What if you find this hot new girl but know that youâll cum as soon as you enter her, or even before? Will that be the end of the relationship right there? Or it might not be the end, she becomes your girlfriend or wife and then tires of being with a two-pump chump or minute man? Will this end the relationship? Send you to a shrink? Make you a cuckold? Leave her no other choice than to become a âhotwifeâ seeking pleasure elsewhere?
So do you really want to end up being the guy with PE, the guy whoâs never sure if he can please a woman, the guy who doesnât know if his partner isnât spreading the word on his condition to her 50 closest friends, the one whoâs snickered at at parties and it may well be because they know? Â
Yes, this can happen. They say âbe careful what you wish for, it may come true.â
But now letâs put all that in perspective
If you already are a premature ejaculator and simply seek to enhance your understanding of the condition and get more pleasure from it, then more power to you. You took what most consider lemons and made delicious lemonade from it. Your partner may be in on it anyway, she may not care, or this course will help you recruit her into sharing your pleasure and making it part of a fulfilling sex life.
Itâs also quite possible that your interest and desire in learning how to become a premature ejaculator is indeed just a lovely, exciting phase in your life. You may get wondrous excitement and thrills out of it, learn a lot of new things, expand your sexual horizons. But it wonât affect your stamina at all. You may simply return to being whatever level on the vanSnelst Stamina Scale you were before.
So there you have it. The dangers and dark side of the PE fetish. It can be a thrilling wonderland, but thereâs a chance of âfalling down the rabbit holeâ which is generally defined as âstumbling into a bizarre, disorienting alternate reality.â

Lecture 05: Can you be Tricked Into PE?

Lecture 05: Can you be Tricked Into PE?
This lecture is about ways of telling whether your partner is trying to turn you into a premature ejaculator.
Now youâll probably ask yourself why anyone would try to do such a thing. Well, one noted female authority on PE once stated, âI like the power, the feeling of being so sexy the guy couldnât help cumming before he wanted.â That says it all. Itâs about power. And power can be very erotic.
Think of all those males who pride themselves on their stamina, the power they have to bring a female to orgasm without breaking a sweat, to reduce her at will to a writhing, squirming puddle of lust with their mighty sword.
Well, it can go both ways. Some females like to turn the tables on the mighty penis, defeat it with their vaginas, wrest control away from the penis, beat it in battle, reduce the sword of steel to a pitiful limp noodle. Such females, and there are more than just a few, may enjoy their premature ejaculation fetish just as much as you do, my dear students. Only, theirs is the converse of yours. Those ladies enjoy making you cum quickly even if you donât want to. Â And for some the fetish includes the desire to turn their partners into premature ejaculators.
Why? âItâs difficult for me to say why I enjoy inducing him to fail,â said one. âItâs a sense of power, the idea that what Iâm doing is so hot that a man literally cannot control himself. That is intensely arousing to me.â Â Â
How you, the student and aspiring or practicing premature ejaculator feels about that depends on the type and nature of your PE fetish. For some of you, learning how to detect warning signs that a partner is trying to make you cum prematurely will help you in your battle to prevail. Others among you canât think of anything more exciting than having a partner âtrickâ you into PE. For you, what you learn in this lecture may actually help you assist your partner in  making you reach your goals.
So, have you ever wondered if your partner is secretly trying to make you into a premature ejaculator? Hereâs a list of ways you can tell whether your honey is training you to quickly lose control, no matter what her reasons may be.
1) She makes you wait an extra day (or three) before sex.
The intent here, of course, is to fill you with an extra charge, increase the pressure, make you hornier, and thus boost the likelihood that you wonât be able to hold it very long once you are inside of her. Â
2) Right before you enter her, she always strokes your penis a few times to âget you ready.â
You may consider this as just part of foreplay. It certainly feels great, and you may even appreciate her thoughtfulness in making you as ready for intercourse as you can be. In fact, sheâs simply, and sneakily, bringing you closer to the point-of-no-return before youâre even inside her vagina.
3) She frequently ask for âquickies.â
This trick serves two purposes. First, sheâs getting you used to the concept of cumming quickly, abandoning control as soon as youâre inside. And second, sheâs making you think she loves quickies. No need to hold back and maintain control.
4) She playfully bets you that you canât last 30 seconds inside her.
This may sound like a playful game. In fact, she knows exactly that any talk of lasting and not losing control will make you think of it, and eventually obsess over it.
5) She challenges you to cum within 30 seconds inside her, âjust for fun.â
âOh, come on, just this once. Itâll be fun! Donât worry about me, I love it!â she may go. And before you know it youâll be banging away to âwinâ the challenge. Little do you realize that âwinningâ means losing. Soon youâll find yourself craving those âchallengesâ and your male pride will lead you to boast that you can even do it in 20 seconds or ten⌠ Â
6) She never lets you fuck her without bringing you near orgasm via oral or hand before.
She is such a great lover, always looking out for you and making you feel so good. She is so considerate. Not. Sheâs just priming you to ejaculate prematurely.
7) She starts sexy talk she knows gets to you the moment you enter her.
Everyone loves sexy talk. It can really drive you crazy, make you cum. Rest assured that she knows exactly what gets  to you. While youâre fucking her, sheâs verbally wanking you to boot. The result will be obvious. You cum too soon.
8) Once inside, even if you ask her to stop, sheâll do her signature moves on you, the ones she knows make you cum.
She knows you wonât ask her to slow down or keep still. That wouldnât be manly, and what male wouldnât appreciate a great, active lower like her? You wonât say a thing. And just cum much quicker than you had planned, and it felt really good. Â
9) She keeps telling you how sexy it is when a guy canât hold his cum with her.
And what sort of man and partner would you be if you didnât acknowledge and honor her needs and desires? So you go along with it. Chump.
10) Whenever you cum too soon, she tells you how great it was.
Nothing like stroking a guyâs ego. Sure, you came quite quickly, but she LOVED it. And sheâll love it next time and the time after. By then youâll be a premature ejaculator for good.
For a female perspective, I was fortunate enough to receive additional insight from one of the associate deans here at PEU. She insisted (with a wink) that she âwould never do anything like thisâ as she added:
11. Â She almost immediately starts telling you âDonât cum yetâ as soon as you enter her, even if you havenât indicated any signs of struggle yet.
Quite obviously, this is designed to get the male partnerâs mind on his stamina, and we all know where that can lead.
12. She tells you âI want you to look me in the eye while we make loveâ when she sees you close your eyes and try to concentrate on not cumming.
She knows that you wonât be able to think of yucky, unsexy things in an effort to keep from cumming if you look at her.
13. Â She says sexy things and moans loudly to break your concentration when she can tell youâre trying to distract yourself from the pleasure by thinking about baseball, or doing math problems and the like.
Self-explanatory.
14. Â She tickles your balls or rubs your inner thighs when she can tell youâre struggling to hold back.
And sheâll do it in an innocuous way, as if she didnât know you could barely hold on.
15. Â She says things like, âYouâre doing so much better than last time.â 20 seconds in, âRemember, youâd already came by now last time we made love,â using false compliments to make you focus on your issue, building anxiety and making you cum quicker.
Another evil trick to keep you thinking about your performance, about not blowing it, and about lasting.
16. When you slow to try to calm down, and she moans, âDonât tease me, fuck me hard and fast like you know I like it.â
She knows full well that no man will not at least try to accommodate her, with predictable consequences.
17. Â She tells you to âTry really hard this time, ok? Â Iâd really like to cum tonight, for a change.â
Thatâs putting all the pressure on the male, insinuating that he is inadequate. Which in time heâll be.
This list is by no means comprehensive, but it does cover the most often used tricks females will use in tricking their partners into either occasional premature ejaculation or, in more extreme cases, onto the road to becoming permanent premature ejaculators. Do note that the former may be no more than acting out a fantasy or adding some spice to a coupleâs sex play, whereas the latter is a far deeper attempt at reprogramming a partnerâs sexuality by ruining his stamina and eliminating his control over his orgasms.
Either way, forewarned is forearmed. Being able to read the signs of an attempted conversion into premature ejaculator status is imperative both for those who seeks such action (it helps them enjoy the process even more and will also speed up the conversion process) and for those who are intrigued and turned on by it, but see the attempt as a call for battle.
Your assignment is to list the signs you have noticed with your own partner(s). Describe them, describe how they made you feel, and how effective those manipulations were in making you cum sooner.

Lecture 6: Introduction to PE Training
Premature Ejaculation University Winter 2018 curriculum Premature Ejaculation Concepts 101 Professor Maximus vanSnelst
Lecture 6: Introduction to PE Training
This lecture presents an introduction to concepts, ways, means and methods that can help an individual become a premature ejaculator. The lecture will be presented as a series of questions and answers. Â
Why would anyone willingly become a premature ejaculator? After all, itâs a condition untold millions of males the world over are trying to get rid of. There is absolutely no mention in any medical literature of any males trying to acquire the condition. And yet, we know for a fact that there are many males who doseek to become premature, and many of them have been desperately trying for years to attain PE status. In fact, many of you right here in this class have stated in your application questionnaire that your goal and wish is to become premature ejaculators.
Why is that so? No one knows for sure. Not even the faculty here at PEU. Many possible reasons have been stated in sexuality research papers as to why males may be, or become, premature ejaculators. An early female researcher suggested some males seek to be PE out of a hatred of women, to deprive women of pleasure by cumming very quickly. No one took that seriously.
Our current view is the desire to be, or become, PE is simply an exciting sexual fetish. Sexuality is perhaps the most powerful force in humanity. While the basic urge to procreate is simply a biological imperative (else the human species would quickly become extinct), the great variety of sexual fetishes is much more difficult to explain or interpret. Many fetishes just are. We have no idea why a certain activity, visual, object, sound, command or action has vast sexual power and may become the very center of our sexuality. And thatâs no different for the PE fetish.
Simply stated, for some males, premature ejaculation is the most exciting, most irresistible desire imaginable. So the desire to train oneself, or be trained by another, to become premature is quite understandable. Â Â
Question:
Dear Professor vanSnelst, I need some advice from a pro. Would you be able to provide me some ideas for my partner to instruct and encourage me to become a premature ejaculator?
Response:
Well, if you are not currently a natural premature ejaculator, your partner is a female, and you guys decided it would be very cool if she learned how to make you cum very quickly, then it depends on what you two are trying to accomplish. Do you want to A) learn how to have her make you cum very quickly? Or do you want to B) lose the ability to control your orgasms? The two are different. A) is about the desire to quickly be vanquished by a female. B) is about helplessly shooting as soon as youâre close to or inside a vagina. Â
If A (learn how to have her make you cum quickly), she should:
Make you wait to have sex so youâre nice and charged up.
During foreplay always remind you that you are to cum quickly once inside.
During foreplay tease you with your favorite sexy talk.
Stroke your penis a few times to âget you readyâ before she lets you enter her.
Ramp up the sexy talk as soon as youâre inside.
Move the way she knows makes you cum as soon as youâre inside.
Praise you as soon as you cum.
This will teach your mind and body that itâs normal to cum very quickly during sex. After a while ejaculating prematurely will become normal for you. Your mind has absorbed it and your body has learned how pleasurably it is to cum very quickly. Â Â
There are, however, additional considerations:
If you and your partner view sex as a challenge where both of you enjoy her quickly âwinning,â then training will teach you to become a fast cummer suitable for females who enjoy quickies. Youâll end up being a man who will very quickly orgasm every time you stick your penis into a vagina, and especially so with females who enjoy defeating a penis quickly and decisively.
If, on the other hand, you seek the embarrassment and humiliation that ejaculating prematurely brings to a man, things are quite different. The conditioning and training must then be tailored to making you learn that simply being inside a vagina will bring you to orgasm, without actively seeking ejaculation by banging away.
So, if B Â (lose the ability to control your orgasms), she should:
Make you wait to have sex so youâre nice and charged up.
During foreplay tease you that you wonât last inside her.
During foreplay always tell youâre being trained to become a premature ejaculator.
Stroke your penis a few times to âget you readyâ before she asks you to enter her.
As soon as youâre inside, tell you you wonât last but a few strokes, if that.
Tell you even stopping or moving very slowly wonât matter; youâll cum soon anyway.
As soon as you prematurely cum either a) mock you, b) rain insults down on you, c) laugh at you.
This will teach your mind and body that you just canât help cumming very quickly during sex. The harder you try, the quicker the point-of-no-return will be there and youâll helplessly ejaculate prematurely. Your mind has absorbed that you cannot handle a vagina and your body has learned to ejaculate as soon as your penis feels vagina, no matter what.
Question:
Dear Professor vanSnelst, I love your research and articles about premature ejaculation. I would like to be a premature ejaculator. I donât last real long, but I would like to be more premature. How can I?
Response:
Interesting question. Most men ask themselves how they can last longer. But then there are those few who find the very concept of premature ejaculation erotic. The reasons for this vary. For some itâs the humiliation that comes with not being able to hold back and ejaculate too soon. For others itâs the thought of a pussy overcoming their cock, like in a battle. And for yet others itâs the thought that femaleness is simply too powerful for their cock and all they can do is wonder how quickly it will go off.
If your desire to become a premature ejaculator is strong enough to change it from fantasy/turn-on to a real life condition there are a few things you may want to try.
One is suggestive/hypnotic audios or videos. Some are quite compelling and may well plant it into your mind that youâre indeed a premature ejaculator.
If you have a regular partner, there are likely things she does that push you over the edge. Concentrate on those, see if you can make her do them, or even openly discuss the desire with your partner.
You may also try to picture in your mind how quickly youâll cum the next time you have an encounter, how you probably wonât be able to hold it, and how thrilling it will be to lose control.
One thing I would NOT do is simply force your own orgasm. The thrill of the PE fetish is to have it HAPPEN to you, not to MAKE it happen.
Question:
Dear Professor vanSnelst, do you have any advice for becoming premature? I would like to become a real premature ejaculator. I can still last a minute or two, but that is too long for me.
Response:
Like any sexual preference or desire, finding pleasure in quick ejaculation can be a wondrous thrill. Why it is so erotic to some of us no one knows. To most males itâs an unwanted thing. To a few itâs a huge turn-on. But how can one realize the fantasy, make it real? Hereâs what might help make your desire come true:
Starting thinking of yourself as a premature ejaculator. Before sex, always tell yourself that more than likely you will cum too soon, that you wonât last, and how very erotic an idea that is to you. Come to terms with the increasing likelihood that your need to become premature will make you fail and that youâll cum much more quickly than in the past. Start realizing that for you, lasting a minute or two is the very most you can expect now, but most likely youâll cum sooner. Accept that you are falling into a premature ejaculation fetish. For you, just thinking of cumming too soon gives you a hard-on.
Donât ever force cumming. For you to become a true premature ejaculator, you must allow it to happen to you, let it become who and what you are. Accept that you are helpless and that you simply have no control over your cock and the point of no return. Vaginas control your cock and make it cum, and sometimes just thinking of how they control your cock, or being close to one can make you lose control and ejaculate. Once your mind and subconscious learn that vagina meanscumming, very quick ejaculation will be your new norm and destiny.
Make her turn you into a premature ejaculator. If youâre in a position to share your desire to become a premature ejaculator with a partner (or even a phone sex line), take advantage of it. Any female can make a male cum too soon, so if she agrees to make you cum quickly and, if that is your desire, mock/tease/chide you for it, take her up on it. Itâll only take a few times of being overwhelmed by a vagina for a male to lose stamina and control and to be conditioned to simply ejaculate when thereâs pussy or even the promise or proximity of pussy.
Handsfree prematurity. You mentioned the dream of achieving handsfree prematurity. Since this is a turn-on for you, youâre already on your way. A handsfree premature ejaculator I know said, âStart by wanking until youâre near to cumming. Then put on a vid you like. Then contract the same muscles that contract when you actually cum. That tricks the mind into cumming.â He said once you get the hang of it, itâs easy. But a caution here: it also increases the likelihood of cumming in your pants at times.
If you follow this, chances are that you may end up becoming a true premature ejaculator. But be careful what you wish for. Becoming a premature ejaculator is relatively easy. Losing the fetish and regaining stamina and control is much harder.
Question:
Dear Professor vanSnelst, I am very turned on by the thought of becoming a premature ejaculator, and I would love to be trained to become one. I have a question, though: Have the sensations you experience during the buildup to orgasm and orgasm changed for you since you started having premature ejaculations?
Response:
Yes, they have.
When I did have stamina, intercourse was often a very mechanical thing. Bang away, but make sure you donât feel too much. And once the goal was reached (i.e., her orgasm), then it often just became a matter of thinking of something sexy to make myself cum. Ho-hum.
Ever since my stamina has vanished, sex has become very different.
Thereâs the anticipation of what might happen thatâs both thrilling and a bit disconcerting, since I now never know how long Iâll last, and how soon I will cum. That anticipation is very enjoyable.
Sex itself has changed in that I am at 90% from the very start, so I have to be very careful to not let things get away from me instantly. On the positive side, being at 90+% during the entire experience is incredible. Essentially I am always at a point of excitement that in my pre-PE days I just mechanically went through on my way to orgasm without being able to enjoy it as I do now.
Now I just try to enjoy every second, since I never know when the point-of-no-return suddenly happens. The orgasm sensation itself is wonderful and extremely intense. Thatâs in part because when you move slowly and carefully, the sensation doesnât get lost in intensive mechanical movement, and in part also because of the delightfully naughty thrill and shame of being a premature ejaculator whose cock is just helpless in the overpowering presence of femaleness.
Question:
Dear Professor vanSnelst, what are some ways to train you to cum prematurely to just a hand job?
Response:
With hand jobs itâs pretty much the same thing. A willing female who enjoys bringing males to quick orgasms will learn what gets to him, will know exactly what to say to have him get excited, and know how to touch him for maximum effect. She will find ways to condition him to orgasm very quickly as soon as she has him in her hands. Soon he will depend on her hand and know that heâll squirt as soon as she touches him. Females do have that power.
Professor vanSnelst parting words of advice:
I certainly have many fond memories of fucking when I had stamina. But now that it is gone, I consider myself lucky to be able to get so much enjoyment out of my new reality.
Premature ejaculation is about falling in love with the idea that you have no control. Itâs about embracing the delightful shame of knowing your penis will squirt whether you like it or not, whether itâs erect or not. Itâs about falling in love with knowing that youâre becoming a premature ejaculator. Itâs about getting hooked on having no control, to the extent where you know youâll squirt because just thinking about it is a sexual thrill.
Your assignment is to think this all through, determine what might work best for you, and then start making it real for you.
Lecture 07: PE â Itâs a Feature, Not a Bug
Premature Ejaculation University Winter 2018 curriculum Premature Ejaculation Concepts 101 Professor Maximus vanSnelst
Lecture 07: Premature Ejaculation â Itâs a Feature, Not a Bug
Well, my dear students, your Professor senses a need to get back to basics. Over the past several weeks you have been bombarded with a great deal of information regarding premature ejaculation, have been asked to memorize, analyze, contemplate and report. Youâve been given assignments, field practice, exercises, and interaction with your own personal trainer. Thatâs a lot.
So letâs sit back and talk a bit about the main subject weâre dealing with here at PEU â ejaculation, and especially the premature kind. What does it all mean?
Ejaculation simply means delivery of seminal fluids from where itâs made, inside us guys, to where itâs supposed to go, inside females. To make sure we take this seriously â and we must or else weâd go the way of the dinosaurs and the dodo â nature invented orgasm. Making us feel really, really good about doing a task is the best way to get us to do it. And I think all of us will agree that nature did a bang-up job with orgasm.
Problem is, orgasm feels so damn good that itâs often hard to wait for it. We want it NOW. And thatâs where we run into issues. Because, unless you do it yourself, sex is between you and a partner. And while technically speaking all the male has to do is deliver natureâs ordained payload, the female â the recipient of the payload â does have an interest (and saying) in the type, timing, and quality of delivery.
Thatâs because Mother Nature gave females desires, too. If that were not so, females would likely see absolutely no reason to allow clumsy, brutish males violate the sanctity of their bodies. And humanity would quickly die out. So there are orgasms on the female side as well. Only, over there itâs a bit more difficult. Ideally, Mother Nature might have rigged it such that female orgasm occurs precisely when the payload is delivered. Male orgasm, female orgasm, beautifully synchronized and coordinated. Everyone would have been happy. Always.
Unfortunately, Mother Nature didnât think that through. Or maybe it was just an bio-engineering problem. Maybe it just wasnât possible to make the female body so as to reliably sense the male orgasm and chime in with its own orgasm at the exact same time. Think of the consequences of an unreliable system: If the female orgasmed before payload was delivered, she just might shake him off and go her merry way. So Mother Nature decided to make the system fail-safe. Most of you know the term âfail-safeâ as a NASA term which means that if a system fails, it defaults to safe. So that no one dies.
Same with Mother Natureâs decision about male and female orgasms. Job #1 was safe delivery of the payload. So best design the female orgasm to make harder to come by. The male tries, for thatâs good male sexual etiquette. If he succeeds at bringing the female to vaginal orgasm, great, payload will be delivered. If not, well, itâll be delivered anyway.
And that, dear students, is the male curse when it comes to sexual intercourse. Weâre built to fail. And that goes for those with perfect stamina as well as for all of you aspiring or current premature ejaculators. Itâs ladies first in real life. But down on the shop floor in the species propagation department, itâs generally guys first. Mother Nature saw to that. Unless the stars are all aligned or we do a really, really good job, or we just luck out. So there.
And what does all that mean, really? It means that â paraphrasing Microsoft â premature ejaculation is not a flaw, itâs a feature. Mother Nature wanted for us to cum first and quickly. WE are the ones doing the job right, not the stamina Olympians.Â
That, of course, is not how the matter is viewed in current society. And so premature ejaculation has become demonized, declared a regrettable condition, something unfortunate, something to be diagnosed, addressed and cured.
And there it becomes downright comical. With untold millions of males âsufferingâ from premature ejaculation, there really isnât a good, standard definition of what, exactly, it is. Many experts and learned institutions have tried.
The International Society for Sexual Medicine (ISSM), for example, decreed that in order for a male to be considered a premature ejaculator, he had to ejaculate within a minute of vaginal penetration AND be unable to delay such ejaculation AND suffer form negative personal consequences due to such failures. Talk about taking the joy out of sex!
WHO said that youâre a premature ejaculator if you just canât delay ejaculation, it happens within about 15 seconds upon penetration, but itâs still âsufficient to enjoy lovemaking.â Very much up for debate, that one.
AUA is a bit vague on the matter. Youâre a PE if ejaculation happens sooner than desired, either before or shortly after penetration, and it really bums out both of you. Not all that scientific either.
And those old sex gurus from way back when, Masters & Johnson, they were vaguer yet. Youâre PE if you canât control ejaculation for a sufficient time. Or if you canât satisfy your partner at least half the time. Not particle physics here.
Your Professorâs particular favorite when it comes to things PE, Dr. Waldinger, is more reasonable and more precise. According to him, a lifelong premature ejaculator will have PE always or nearly always, with all or nearly all female partners, generally last less than a minute, has the condition for life, and truly has no control over his ejaculations.
Those with acquired PE, and your Professor counts himself among those, will experience PE at some point in life, even if they didnât have it before. They also have very little or no control, but thereâs usually a reason for it. Those reasons are stated as organic or psychological, though here at PEU we also add sexual fetishes and PE training to that.
The medical establishment is remarkably politically correct by pointing out that premature ejaculation is most commonly a male sexual dysfunction (duuhâŚ. ), but how many are affected is quite uncertain. One study claims it affects almost 40% of males of all ages, though other studies report more like 20-30%. Interestingly, while one would expect young bucks to be more affected with PE than older more experienced males, prevalence of PE is said to be remarkably stable over all age groups.
How long do men last? That, again, greatly varies depending on which study you look at. One survey says US men estimate their IELT (Intravaginal Ejaculation Latency Time i.e, how soon you cum after entry) to be almost 14 minutes, while the more honest Germans estimate it to be just seven minutes. Actual studies with stop watches suggest that the great majority of all males ejaculate within five minutes or less upon entry.
Whatâs the bottom line here?
Premature ejaculation is a complex issue. There is no clear definition. Many questions are best answered with an emphatic âit depends.â One thing is for sure: males are designed by nature to cum quickly. It has to be that way. The dance of the genders, giving each other pleasure, be considerate, that all came along with civilization. Think about it: back in pre-historic times, those who ejaculated quickly were probably far more likely to pass on their genes. Which would make PE a double-whammy: Nature wanted it so, and the PE gene was more likely to be passed. Looking at it this way, itâs a miracle that any male lasts more than a few seconds at all.
So let that all sink in, dear students. Premature ejaculation, itâs a feature, not a bug.

Lecture 8: The Zone metaphor
In todayâs lecture youâll learn about the âZone Metaphorâ which describes how the various levels of sexual excitement are related to premature ejaculation. And also why what makes you cum fast is not the same as what gets you hard.
I recently had a discussion with a colleague and good friend where we initially covered the latest aspects and findings in premature ejaculation research and then touched upon what the condition meant to each of us.
I asked him whether for him it was the thought of premature ejaculation that thrilled him and turned him on, or whether he really wanted to end up being a permanent premature ejaculator with his partner, as I had become.
His answer was that, yes, he did want to become a premature ejaculator with his partner for good and for real. And if that didnât happen for him, at the very least he wanted to get to a point where heâd have much less control so that his orgasms were no longer predictable.
He proceeded to tell me that the last three times he had had sex with his wife he did cum as quickly as he had dreamed of, in under a minute from penetration to ejaculation. However, he said, each time heâd still felt that he was in control, that he could have held back. And that bothered him. What he was seeking and desiring was real loss of control, so that heâd never know if and when he would ejaculate, with him having virtually no control over the outcome.
I then shared with him the concept of the Zone Metaphor. And here is how that works:
The Zone Metaphor
In essence, if you do have stamina and do not qualify for premature ejaculator status as defined in the vanSnelst Stamina scale, during sexual intercourse youâre in the 0-80% âgreenâ zone as far as sexual excitement goes. Zero% means youâre just going through the motion and your penis almost feels like just a piece of wood, 80% means you feel very, very good indeed. But not so good that youâre going to lose control. If youâre anywhere between 0 and 80%, there is no danger of accidentally cumming.
In fact, if you do have stamina, you can almost always step on the gas (quicken the pace, think of sexy things, do some bantering with her) and still never even get into what we call the orange zone. The orange zone is where youâre at 80-90% excitement, where control can get a bit iffier even for those with good stamina.
Even in the orange zone, most males who do not have premature ejaculation issues still have full (or almost full) control. They can ease off again, or they can go for it whenever they choose. Once they decide to cum, they step on the gas to get from the orange into the 90-100% red zone, where holding back is increasingly difficult even for non-PE guys. When they hit 98 or 99%, thereâs the Point-Of-No-Return, and orgasm occurs. So:
Green zone (0-80%): No problem. No loss of control.
Orange zone (81-90%): Control gets iffier, even with good stamina.
Red zone (91-100%): Holding back gets increasingly difficult.
If you are a premature ejaculator, you do not have that nice, wide 0-80% band where you leisurely start at an easily manageable level of excitement and then slowly build from there. Instead, the PE male starts out at 85% or more. Even on entry, he is already in the orange zone. And then just a pump or two (or a sexy thought or her movements, or her teasing) can get him into the red zone where anything can, and will, happen.
What that means is that the premature ejaculator does not have the luxury, or even ability, of easing off and getting back into a âsafeâ zone, below 80% excitement. Why? Because he already starts near the red zone and once underway, no matter how hard he tries, he canât ever get below that 85%. Which means he only has a tiny bit of control to work with. A sexy thought or a word or move by her instantly propel him into the 95-98% range, and that is where the point-of-no-return is. And he cums too soon.
That, I told him, is life as a PE.
His reply was interesting, as it likely describes the situation many of you students find yourself in in your quest to become true premature ejaculators.
He said that two of the last three times he had sex would fall into the Zone Metaphor definition of PE. In other words, he had started intercourse already at 85%. But there was a twist. Since he had been training to become a PE using the edging method as taught here at PEU, heâd gotten to a point where he constantly was at 75-80% during any given day.
He said that when, after training hard, this first started to happen to him he would often touch himself to check if he had an erection and was surprised to find that he did not. Apparently he had trained himself to be quite aroused even in his flaccid state, without an erection. He described the awareness that this was happening to him as a little eerie, but finding himself aroused most of the time by itself was a big turn-on.
The problem, however, was that man canât have intercourse in a flaccid or at best semi flaccid state. So he needed additional stimulation to achieve a full erection. And it was that additional stimulation required to get him hard enough for intercourse that made him start penetration already at 85%+. In other words, his excitement did not just happen. He made it happen. He still had that control.
What he was describing was two interrelated systems that cause erections and eventually orgasm. One is the system in charge of physical erection, the âerection system.â The other the system that brings on the orgasm, the âorgasm system.â Normally, the two systems are in sync. A spark brings upon the erection. Erection brings upon orgasm. In what he described, the erection system needed a much stronger and more continuous spark to reach and maintain the full boost required to enable physical penetration. Unfortunately, that then meant that his orgasm system is already near redline, in the 85%+ zone, from the very start.
Hereâs an analogy for the difference of what he described and of how I, as a permanent PE, experience it.
When I had perfect stamina, it was like driving a car whose gas pedal had long travel, making it easy to control the RPMs of the engine. Now that I have lost my stamina, it feels like an accelerator with just half an inch of travel, making control very difficult. The smallest tap on the accelerator drives my engine right into redline (and orgasm).
In my colleagueâs case, his accelerator still has long travel. But in order to get his car moving at all (i.e. get himself ready for penetration), he needs to first accelerate to 85%. So once heâs in, heâs darn close to the red zone (and orgasm).
The goal, of course, is to have those systems in sync. Erection to get in, but then no more control.
Think this through, students. For permanent loss of control is what you seek.

Lecture 9: PE Fetish vs. SPH and penis size
Welcome back, students!
In this lecture weâre going to talk about the apparent correlation between an interest in the Premature Ejaculation fetish and an interest in SPH, which stands for Small Penis Humiliation. And weâll take about whether the PE fetish/fascination in general is related to small penis size. Perusing posts, captions, and followers of premature ejaculation issues, one cannot help but detect an overlap between the two. Captions often combine premature ejaculation and small dick size. Commentary often does as well. And many SPH enthusiasts also list PE as an interest/fetish, and vice versa. So are the two related?
Is PE a matter of friction?
Letâs start with looking at premature ejaculation in general. As we all know, PE may be caused by a variety of issues. Among them are heredity, age, psychological issues, formative experiences, or biological/medical matters. There is, however, one constant that brings upon the male orgasm, and that is friction. Thatâs true for masturbation as well as for intercourse. Without friction, orgasm doesnât happen. Sure, sometimes an orgasm occurs even if youâre totally still. But thatâs because some sort of friction got you excited enough to be ready for orgasm. Â
Since friction is an essential part of orgasm, one could reasonably expect premature ejaculation to primarily be an issue for the larger penis. Why? Because, given the same size vagina, a larger penis will experience more tightness and thus stronger friction. And the more friction/tightness during intercourse, the more likely is a premature ejaculation. On the other hand, the smaller the penis, the less friction and tightness, and the less likely is PE. That seems logical.
Or is the fetish a matter of (small) size?
So why then the apparent correlation between smaller size, SPH and PE? Since physics, mechanics and friction dynamics strongly suggest that there are more guys with large dicks who are premature ejaculators, why does it appear to be(come) a fetish primarily for those with smaller ones?
Is perhaps the thrill with humiliation the common factor? Some consider it deliciously embarrassing and humiliating to have (or pretend to have) a small penis and itâs also embarrassing and humiliating to be a premature ejaculator. Then again, there are other humiliating things that are fetishized, yet one doesnât see them combined with PE.
Here at PEU we have interviewed numerous students for their opinions and theories on the matter. Here are some examples of how respondents answered:
âTheyâre both a fetish for being humiliated for having an inadequate penis. Whether the penis is too small to please a woman, or just doesnât last long enough to please her, itâs a cock that serves no purpose.â
âHumiliation and inadequacy seem to be a common theme among many of my blog followers. I see more likes when my captions emphasize these views. You can add cuckolding and interracial themes to small dick fantasies. I would say there is certainly enough evidence to support the connection of all of these to the PE fetish.â
âMy evidence is only antidotal, but I have found no correlation between penis size and PE, with roughly equal numbers for large and small.â
âPE is stress/adrenaline-related. But if you looked only at the physical aspect, a smaller penis has the same number of nerve endings over a smaller surface area which should result in more sensitivity and therefore more PE.
âI have spoken to lots of guys over the years about PE. And there is a link between small penis and lack of staminia.â
â3â penis and a 8" penis have the same amount of nerve endings. Obviously more spread out over an 8" penis than the 3" penis. So the smaller condensed area for those nerve ending do result in more chance of PE.â
This is just a small sample of answers. And just to make matters even more complex, letâs not forget that having PE is by no means the same as having a PE fetish. Millions of men suffer from PE and hate the conditions, whereas a small minority like being PE, and some who are not PE at all desire to become so. Â
Where does SPH come into play?
Penis size is a given. You are what you are. Thatâs one thing you really cannot change (without resorting to drastic measures). Penis size is on a bell curve just like height and weight, bell curve meaning most people are average, increasingly fewer are on the far left (small) and far right (large) size of the size distribution curve. So most males never give penis size much thought because they are average. It is only those who are very large (will she freak? will I fit without hurting her?) or very small (can I get in? will she laugh at me? will I disappoint her?) who think a lot about penis size. Â
SPH â Small Penis Humiliation â is defined as a syndrome where a male gets a sexual thrill over having, or pretending/wishing to have, a small penis. The sexual thrill is based on the humiliation factor, and the humiliation can take many forms.
It can be self-erotic, as in getting excited over the very thought of having a small penis, contemplating what it means, feeling sexually stimulated over the humiliation of not measuring up, imagining sexual encounters where the lack of size becomes an issue, and just generally not being quite a full male.
It can be interactive, as in actively seeking contact with others over penis size. This can be discussing the syndrome with other males who feel the same, getting aroused simply by the conversation. Or it can take the form of seeking actual reaction from females via chat, vidcam session, sex lines, etc.
Or it can be other thrills, like having to struggle entering a pussy, or being unable to do so in the first place.
Why is the thought of not measuring up sexually stimulating to some men? And why is SPH quite common while there is no female equivalent? Small Breast Humiliation? Loose Pussy Humiliation? Those donât exist, even though there are many women who are into erotic degrading and humiliation.
So what makes SPH so unique? What is the thrill over not measuring up? What could it possibly be? Why should there be a thrill over coming up short, no pun intended, in something that is a primary pleasure in life, and a primary source of not only good feelings, but also self-confidence and self-esteem?
And why is it that many males who are into SPH are not actually small?
These are all interesting questions. However, one thing is becoming somewhat clear. Both PE and small penis size can be considered sexual inadequacies. Both can be experienced as being humiliating or embarrassing. So if an individual finds sexual humiliation arousing, and that applies to a surprisingly number of males, then finding excitement in both PE and small penis size becomes much more understandable. More humiliation is better for some males, and for them the one-two punch of having a small dick AND PE is like having a shot of Tequila with a beer chaser.
Bottom line here, dear students? It doesnât matter. Fetishes are not rational. They just are. They can bring us great pleasure. Physical realities are almost secondary. A man who is not small can get great pleasure out of the concept of small penis humiliation. Just as a male who does not have PE can get great pleasure over desiring to be PE. And it seems pretty clear that humiliation seems related both to PE and SPH.
Itâs all about humiliation
Why are some people turned on by humiliation in the first place? Another good question. Almost no one likes to be humiliated in any part of life other than sex. So thatâs something to think about. However, domination and submission themselves are deeply ingrained in the human experience. Both are driving forces of civilization. Conquest and yielding yielding and conquest; two sides of the same coin.

Lecture 10: PPAD and PPA: Pussy Penetration Anxiety Syndrome and Pussy Proximity Anxiety
In this lecture you will learn about two virtually unknown conditions that, however, may be closely linked to premature ejaculation. The conditions are PPAD (Pussy Penetration Anxiety Disorder) and PPA (Pussy Proximity Anxiety). If you have never heard of these syndromes you represent the vast majority. It is virtually unknown to physicians and even sexologists, and you will not find it in any medical dictionary. How little known is PPAD? So little that even mighty Google draws a blank. Â Â
So where does one learn about PPAD and PPA? That would be the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Masturbatory Disorders at onania.org, a site dedicated to those living with chronic masturbation addiction. That is where the PPAD manifesto resides, including PPAD symptoms, causes, and cures. So letâs see what weâre dealing with here.
Symptoms
In terms of symptoms, PPAD sufferers may find themselves either unable to have an erection or ejaculate prematurely when intercourse is imminent. For those who cannot get an erection or lose the erection, PPAD is different from ED (Erectile Dysfunction) in that erections are no problem at any time other when attempting vaginal penetration. PPAD, however, can also show as extreme premature ejaculation. The theory here is that the male afflicted with PPAD will ejaculate as quickly as possible just to relieve his PPA (Pussy Proximity Anxiety) stress.
Causes
In terms of what causes PPAD, there can be many reasons. There may be fear of being unable to satisfy a partner properly. It can be low body esteem or limited sexual experience. It can be a fear of not measuring up or anxiety over being questioned or mocked. Even an existing premature ejaculation history may progress into full PPAD, as the sufferer may be so afraid that heâll lose control and squirt all over her just fearing that very thing.
As a result, after repeated failure, emerging PPAD sufferers may start seeing the pussy as a threat and source of sexual humiliation. Threats often result in âfight or flightâ reactions. In one type of PPAD sufferers, the body will simply make penetration impossible by denying erection. For another type, premature ejaculation already on approach will also make penetration impossible (or greatly reduce penetrated time).
The PPAD/PPA diagnostics page isnât optimistic about cures. As a pattern of failure emerges, PPAD sufferers often fetishize the condition, sexualizing their ED or PE and deriving desire and satisfaction from it. The manifesto closes with saying that âIt is possible that a very understanding female partner willing to provide low-stress âpittyfuckâ therapy may be beneficial. But only if the masturbator sincerely wishes to be cured.â
Discussion
It is instantly clear that for many males afflicted with PE or desiring to become PE, PPAD (Pussy Penetration Anxiety Disorder) is an enormously fascinating concept. It is one that may hold answers to many of the questions that they have about their condition and desires, answers that had never occurred to them before. They may contemplate how pussy penetration anxiety relates to pussy proximity anxiety, what causes erectile dysfunction versus premature ejaculation as potential anxiety defense mechanisms, and also how PPAD relates to, and intersects, with the larger fields of masturbatory as well as vaginal premature ejaculation.
I do think there are many questions to be answered in the area of penetration disorder vs proximity anxiety and how either relates to both PE and PE fetish conditions, both of which likely contribute to PPAD, pussy proximity anxiety, acquired PE as well as masturbatory practices as all can be experienced by the sufferer as sexually exciting, or even thrilling, concepts and experiences.
It is quite probable that PPAD also affects IELT (intravaginal ejaculation latency time, the time between penetration and ejaculation) which, I postulate, can be positive as well as negative, the latter describing pussy proximity anxiety-caused ejaculation prior to vaginal intromission. In simpler words, if a man fears the pussy, heâll cum much more quickly.
Think about it: Attraction to something and fear of it are often very closely related. For most males, to be inside a loverâs vagina is the ultimate bliss, but itâs also such a personal thing with such pressure to perform that thereâs equal attraction and fear. So much to be thought through and clarified!
Here at PEU, the PPAD syndrome has been discussed amongst both male and female faculty. Females invariably find it amusing (hilarious would be a better word). Itâs clear that such female reaction would, of course, contribute to male fear and humiliation that then deepens PPAD. PEs generally are surprised to learn that they may actually suffer from PPAD.
Commentary
The following are some commentaries on the subject of PPAD:
âAcquiring PPAD could be delightfully humiliating. Just imagine how much fun itâd be to play with this.â
âThe thoughts of not being able to get it up, while crushingly humiliating at the time, fuel my sessions now. The thoughts of all her friends knowing turns me on as well. I know I am a loser - I need the negative affirmation to get hard. I wouldnât ever give up bating (I canât), and the memories of my PPAD are always there to remind me.â
âWell, given what the magical pussy can do to a male, a degree of awe, fear and apprehension seems only natural.â
âitâs so funny to think of how a real man looks at porn to get off and certain other little boys just read descriptions of PPAD.â
âI got an erection, but I was so eager and stimulated by seeing her undress and actually being felt in a sexual way by a girl that I prematurely ejaculated. I felt so ashamed and embarrassed and intimidated that I couldnât get it up again. After I had gotten dressed and started going home, THEN my erection returned.â
âI developed PPAD over time. Iâve always been a premature ejaculator. A few years ago I started spurting faster, between 15 and 30 seconds was my limit. Then one day when I was lining up to guide inside her I felt that warm familiar feeling rising up my penis and before I could even get inside her I was spurting over her thighs and pussy. She laughed the first time. But when I did it the next time and the nextâŚâ
âI really havenât thought this fully through, but I think it started way back when I resented long fucking sessions just in order to provide the always iffy vaginal orgasm. Maybe I came to resent the vagina for having all that power over my penis. Maybe thatâs why I developed acquired premature ejaculation as sort of a defense mechanism: âhey, I canât give you a vaginal orgasm, see, I squirted already.â And then PE itself became a turn-on with fantasies over squirting before I could ever enter the pussy. Yet, leaving masturbation unaffected. So I think itâs pretty clear that I have PPAD and my defense mechanism is PE. And just as PE was and is, the realization that I apparently have PPAD is a turn-on.â
Conclusions
By now it should be obvious that PPAD is real. And also that a rather close relationship between PE and PPAD is likely. Now throw in submissive tendencies and desire for humiliation, and we have quite a powerful mix.
Should we be afraid of PPAD and PPA? That depends. For many males this particular fear of failure can be devastating. And since PPAD is a self-accelerating (every failure increases the likelihood of more failure), the syndrome can be devastating to many.
If sexualized, however, both PPAD and PPA can be delightful, enticing concepts that further enhance the power of the PE fetish, as well as add considerable punch to the arsenals of those who delight in male PE from the female side. â Professor Maximus vanSnelst
