catarina’s  ( and that’s catarina abate, legally, for the last ten years )  public image is heavily curated, and moderately well known—her public profile, even after the unfortunate  ‘ glitch ’  that occured a year ago that made aer lose their profile and with it, most of her followers stands at just shy of a 230,000 followers. as far as the public knows, the wealth frequently featured on catarina’s profile is gathered from half a decade spent as an influencer for high end brands, a history of well-paid sex work... and honestly, the presumption that ae is the heir of someone rich they wouldn’t recognise on the street.

sponsored posts are not uncommon, thought catarina avoids the more famous brands:  you’re more likely to find a post mentioning a commercial partnerships with a watch brand with 1k followers and a five-digit price tag than anything morphe or hugo boss is selling at the moment. an investigative soul may notice many of these brands are new, with extremely limited stock or have recently changed ownerships.

jack carmel.    bodyguard, dad, ex mob. did one bad thing for a good reason very badly when he was nine, someone else died for it, fast forward the next thirty-plus years of his life being a series of bad decisions and consequences until taking a daughter cleared his head and forced him to do something for himself, kinda. you would not believe how family first this guy is. trying to be better, mostly for his daughter. works as bodyguard and driver, has recently seen eldritch horrors, did not come out okay on the other side of that. definitely spent most of his life somewhere in the neutral-evil alignment, is trying to be better about it.
