the last time I reblogged this post right before I got a great job, in a permanent work-from-home position, with benefits, retirement, and a salary literally 3x what I was making before, doing something I really like.

while I agree the adultification of children is weird, my post exists outside of people possibly putting makeup and long hair on their infant; as a black person “yassify” seems like a dog whistle for people to be anti-black and when used derogatorily it feels like a microaggression, hope this helps
