* wanna cry

* wanna hug him

* angrily start a fight w miserable people who constantly try putting him down

Honestly it breaks my fucking heart that he’s become some kind of internet joke because… wow. He’s such a good soul. He’s out there pouring his entire heart into doing good things, relentlessly achieving stuff that was said to be impossible & stubbornly proving people wrong who doubted his abilities (and those of his team).

What the hell happened? Why the fuck do people all of a sudden think he’s some kind of “evil demon” who needs to be demolished?

Seems like most of them usually don’t even know what exactly he’s doing or why each mission of his companies is so important. I’ve read so many tweets urging him to do something about climate change for example… I’m just.. baffled by such ignorance and/or cluelessness. Takes less than a minute to google what Tesla & SpaceX do and what Elon declared as the companies’ respective goals… but…. apparently…that’s too much to ask for.

To people on Twitter, he’s just some random dude whose name they heard in the news - they don’t wanna miss out on jumping on the bandwagon because hating him is really funny & cool now! and obviously he’s not gonna be affected by hate anyway haha!!!! he’s a billionaire !!!!! should be able to get over some banter on social media LOL !!!!!!!

jeeez! How would you feel if you were pouring so much energy and passion into your projects, only to find people mocking you for your efforts? How would you feel about people abusing the art of journalism to bitterly spill their hatred into so called “columns” portraying Elon as the world’s biggest threat? Wouldn’t you wanna defend yourself from false allegations?

God, even if you don’t like him -because hey, that happens! I don’t like a lot of people, too!- why spend your time hating on him if you could just… be quiet & ignore him? Why bother to write a zillion tweets about what a moron you think he is? It’s just.. really exhausting to see all these miserable people replying to his tweets or @ mentioning him.
