Whether you are a new Vegan/ Vegetarian or have been one forever, this group helps and celebrates each other during the process, the hard times, the GREAT times, the ups, the downs, and everything in between! Christina Gregory was the first true Vegan in my life and she has changed me for the better without even doing anything. Since then, Christina has been my guru for all things V related. I am eternally indebted to her. Along the way, I have learned a few things as we all have- ie- wtf is nutritional yeast or daiya or tempeh or debeaking or gestation crates or which products are tested are animals?
