Tea and Sugar Filled Dreams

❀ wander around barefoot, especially in the grass (please be cautious though!)

❀ sip some tea and admire little details about your surroundings – i promise you there’s always something to enjoy even when it doesn’t seem like it

❀ take a shower and sing out loud until all your bad thoughts flutter away

❀ blow dandelion seeds

❀  go for a long walk and collect things that fascinate you along the way, whether it be an old coin, feathers, flowers or lost trinkets. start a collection.

❀ sit in your natural state, learn to love your naked body with no make-up, nail polish, and your hair down.

❀ smile at yourself in the mirror

❀ play some instrumental or classical music (suggestion: yayo instrumental by lana del rey, it’s magical)

❀ sprinkle a little glitter in your hair, in a bath, or in dull areas of your room

❀ doodle things a fairy would see in their day to day lives, berries, flowers, leaves, creatures, butterflies, etc

❀ spend time with an animal friend, have a conversation with them

❀ wear your favourite dress casually, don’t be afraid to leave the house in it

❀ wear flowers in your hair around the house

❀ coat your lips in honey

❀ buy plenty of fresh fruit (especially berries) and enjoy

🌹 Drop essential oils or perfume on the shower floor before taking a shower!       This will make you smell even better after you take a shower because of the steam. Just make sure to only use two or three drops, too much can be harmful and can smell too strong! 

🌹 Drink lots of water. Keep your body and skin hydrated, love! 

🌹 Wear ribbons, bows, silky fabrics, lace, and faux fur. <3

🌹 decorate your room with whites, soft pinks and blues, and some browns. Add flowers (fake or real) to your room for an even more delicate feel!

🌹 wear pearls and jewels!

🌹 drink tea as you gaze out of your window to bring yourself to a calmer state.

🌹 practice fixing your posture! 

🌹 be more polite and kind around others.

🌹 smile gently to people around you to show your elegance and kindness.

- begin your days with tea and lemon (especially the mornings in which you feel the most down) in a designated tea cup

- turn your space into your castle: floral prints on the walls, antique brushes and bottles, fresh flowers on the bedside table

- choose a beautiful, favourite symphony to be your personal princess theme song

- remember how deserving you are, even of the most simple things (i deserve to feel the sun on my skin, i deserve to take an extra-long shower today, i deserve to feel loved by myself)
