ceasarahh:
THE SOUND OF THE UNKNOWN VOICE FROM THE HALLWAY rattled ceasarah out of her peace. it’s her day off and she’s spending it at home with a sombre look on her face. while england has its charm, it certainly wears off after a while until everything is just an overcast. a dull boring shade of gray that probably wouldn’t change, not if she could help it. the way the stranger had called out her cousin’s name is enough to make her realize that she’s probably lucy’s cousin from her father’s side. with a deep breath, she opens the door, not really knowing how the girl would react if she’d seen someone else in the apartment.
“ sorry about that, “ she replies when the girl just states how she’s not lucy. she keeps her expression soft and kind, even though she so desperately wants to be left alone right now. “ she’s not here. she went somewhere, i didn’t really ask where. i think she’ll be back soon though, “ despite the fact that she wants to mope in here by herself, she feels kind of rude to just make this girl leave because lucy’s not here. it could be something important.
“Oh well, that’s not a problem.” it’s not like Molly asked her to deliver this to Lucy, it was to Lucy’s apartment (right?). After a brief moment of internal panic, Lily nods to herself as she recalls Molly’s exact instructions -- there was no mention of delivering this to Lucy’s hands or anything like that, just to the apartment.
“I’m Lily, one of her many many cousins. And, that’s not a problem. Just point me in the direction of her room and I’ll put this on her bed.”
