    He steps forward without personally noticing; too focused, too emotional. His visor narrows and fingers curl against his palm. He wants to reach through those bars and strangle him.

    “You don’t get to sit in a cell after everything that happened. You don’t get to use excuses to get away with it. Or shut out people who trusted you, who liked you despite your obvious flaws, because you got hurt.

    “I’m going to ask questions and you’re going to answer. You can sulk after; I need to know, I deserve to know. Why. 

    “Why go through all of that, try to change everything -- and I mean everything, because that’s what would have happened, and without a war, would you still have the friends you do right now? Why not ask for help? Why do any of this?”

    His shoulders droop and head ducks down slightly, and he took to glaring at a wall to his left. He tries not to look back at Brainstorm, knowing full well that he has to stay angry.

    He did, of course, let Brainstorm sit up to some degree. Yet didn’t seem all too enthusiastic about losing physical contact. His brow furrowed a bit, mouth pursed behind his mask.

    Atomizer won’t admit it, but he was taking his good old time scanning over the mech’s features and taking in the sharp lines. He was a designer, an artist in his own right, before a war turned him into a killer. He knew how to admire the finer things.

    Atomizer pulled back and sat up, half straddling the scientist’s middle. His visor was wide and confusion echoing through his EM field.
