Help Me Become Uncanny

Like "You have to venture into the scary insane asylum!" VS "You're a patient who was admitted by force to an asylum, and you are very clearly in real danger, but everyone is pretending that you're just deluded, and are essentially leaving you to die because they don't really see you as a person."

This took me way more time that what it should have, and still I'm planning to color them and make some other pages for secondary characters and villains (micheal and helen are in their human versions (i know helen is a pretty secondary character but she's always been my one of my favorites since she first appeard))

Eye guess the best Eye can tell you is just try to do things just off. Smiling too wide, too long. Wide. Eyes that don't seem to blink enough. Being slightly delayed in your expressions. But eye think the most direct thing is movement

Part of the reason people have told me eye feel uncanny tot them is because eye seem to move too much as eye do things. Like "an anatomy doll putting on a human performance". But honestly? Eye think you'd get a better and perhaps easier effect going the opposite way. Being too still. Eye feel inhuman to people because eyem too much, but being too little is both more close to the uncanny valley and more subconsciously disquieting

Everything moves. Living things are very rarely still. It's less about being perfectly still and more of being more still then someone hsually is while doing things. Especially with not doing simple things people do naturally without thinking. Like keeping your arms to your sides instead of swinging them.

But the issue with being intentionally uncanny is that the uncanny valley is being as close as your can to being human while not being human. Which might give me a one up because eyem not human. It's hard to do things intentionally not right but not wrong. Ya know what I'm saying?

Certain makeup can help too though! Once again nothing obvious but small things. Sometimes eyeve put a little bit of mark at the corner of my mouth to make it look slightly wider then it should be

Best while grinning an unchanging expression.

Unblinking is... well impossible. But blink the least you can!
