Some of you may know I've been working really hard on a personal project to become a yoga teacher. And if you didn't know this, trust me I'm almost as surprised as you are! I'm beyond thrilled to be saying I'm officially a yoga teacher!! 🧘🏾‍♀️ Yoga has been a turning point in my journey of personal growth, confidence, self-care, self-worth, identity and happiness. I'm humbled to have the opportunity to build a safe space in other souls to find their peace in this world. In spite of the constant hate facing our communities of color, LGBTQ+ communities, women, and inspiring social advocates and warriors on the front lines.
