savageorcacaptain is definitely a makoto rper that deserves a special shoutout! They're an amazing writer and they're such a sweet person!! They deserve all the love and happiness! ❤️ I love seeing them on my dash and they display what it truly means to be a great role player!

A shout out @theexitgarden whose art is so soft and unique, who has such a way with colors and lines, but especially the thing I love the most is their ability to evoke emotions. They have a real talent for that. And they have a lot of little quirks that appear in almost every piece and are like signatures on their art, making it effectively recognizable as their own thing. I really really like that about them!

A shoutout @chosenwars for being very active in the rp scene despite being slammed with work and other projects. A mun who always sounds energetic and enthusiastic despite their busy schedule and who is astounding at evoking emotions with very few words.

A Rin just sent something similar to this. And honestly it seems to be kind of common that many don’t think they have a good enough grasp on their muse. I know I go through it a lot myself. As I said in the previous ask, I think the best things to remember when writing a canon muse is that everyone is going to interpret their muse differently, and because of difference in writing style, there’s no way anyone will ever get that character 100% canon. But if you want a better grasp on them, try rewatching the anime or rereading the manga or story or whatever they’re from and pay closer attention to smaller details like movements, posture, facial expressions, reactions, little details like that can actually make a big difference.

Personally I enjoy your interpretation of Rin, but, if you're feeling you don't have him in character enough, try rewatching the series and pay closer attention to his actions, his mannerisms, his personality in general. As far as themes go, that's a hard one, honestly. But that all depends on your definition of what's "proper." I like your blog just the way it is and your theme doesn't have to be fancy, in fact some don't really even have set themes, if there's anything I can assist with, let me know and I'll try to help.

No role player is perfect, and the only person who truly knows how the character was supposed to turn out in the series was the original creator of that character, so love your head canons and rp your muse how you want. Go ahead and write them as gay, lesbian, aro/ace, bi, pan, even if they were listed as heterosexual. Canon or canon divergent, your muse is still just as astounding as any other version of them, so please respect difference in interpretation and realize it's simply that, just a difference.
