The first page depicts Spy, Medic and Heavy inside a tiny little shack in a baseball? stadium surrounded by the military in green, and they're trying to reach the exit which is conveniently labeled in bright red all caps text. I can't even begin to fathom how they got into this scenario, maybe it's training? Who knows.

The first panel is from Heavy's point of view and he's saying something to Spy and Medic, neither of whom look pleased, maybe he's insulting them, saying something about how "little baby men should stay inside and let Heavy do killing" which would certainly be in line with his personality in "Meet the Heavy". Alternatively he's just saying something basic like "we need to get to the exit" and they're just pissed because of the stupid situation. He steps outside, shouts some sort of battle cry and then starts killing, after getting shot in the arm he says something again and I'm not sure if it's just another battle cry or maybe a call for Medic.

On the next page he kills a line of soldiers in incredibly gruesome ways then gets rocket blasted backwards.

On the next page we see him getting pushed through the door of their shack, whose walls are now riddled in a trillion bullet holes. There's been a panel of Medic giving him a blue injection, before the Medigun this was probably how he healed teammates, running up to them and giving injections, sort of like a short range Crusaders crossbow. This doesn't work immediately however as Heavy flops over with his tongue out, he is saying something in this panel however so he isn't dead, likely something about how the injection didn't work or didn't do enough. Spy then says something about how he's gonna give it a go, then he does a little spin and disguises as a soldier (not that soldier).

The final page doesn't have any text boxes but I can only assume they're meant to be talking in some of these panels. I'm not entirely sure what's going on here but seemingly as soon as he steps out of the shack they throw a bunch of random shit at Spy, there's bullets and rockets and what not but also a fire extinguisher, an entire tank, and a baby (maybe they know about his fear of fatherhood?) Spy then runs back to the little shack and you can see Medic's glasses glowing in the darkness of the doorway. He undisguise and stands in the doorframe, I think that in this and the next two panels Spy and Medic are meant to be talking about what they should do next. These two panels are my favorite with the parallel of Spy having a bright white background and Medic having a black one, you can also see Spy's silhouette reflected in medic's glasses. I think what's happening here is Spy is asking what to do, or saying the situation is hopeless. Medic responds by holding up his syringe and saying something along the lines of "I have a plan". He then holds up his syringe and laughs.

The comic ends here but I can't imagine that's all that was intended, I think there's two options for what would happen in the next panel. First, Medic would give the injection to Heavy and it would apply some sort of Ubercharge-like effect to him, and with this new power he would kill all of the soldiers and they would escape. This mirrors what happens in "Meet the Medic", where an army of blue soldiers is mowed down by the Ubercharge. I also think this provides reasonable enough explanation as to why they would be put in this weird stadium scenario against the military, to show off Medics abilities to the audience.

In the second scenario I think Medic would've used this new syringe to infect the military soldiers with some sort of disease and defeat them, thereby allowing the team to escape, this would also explain why they're faced against a very large group of enemies who aren't Blu team. And it would make sense that they potentially originally planned to give TF2 Medic abilities more similar to TFC Medic.

I think the way I pieced the pages together makes the most sense, however on the archive the pages are pieced together with the third and fourth switched. So instead of my version, where the final panel is Medic holding the syringe, the archive has the final panel be Spy donning his disguise. I understand where they're coming from, it would make sense for Medic to first hold up his syringe then be seen giving said syringe to Heavy on the next page. But whatever Spy is doing makes no sense in that order, and it gives a very long delay between Heavy being hit by the rocket and then being thrown inside the building so I'm fairly certain my version is correct.
