This book was my literal guide to how properly execute and hide my ED. I would really not reccoment this book to any impressionable child, I remember it going into detail on HOW to do things unhealthy and not so much into the consequences of doing them! as well as illustrated images that were very informative and insightful, however just tmi? on certian things. [for refrence ive been in recovery for about 7-8 yrs i am good!! just wanted to warn any parents out there who see the book like mine did and go "huh! thats a great idea!" Its not.]
