You gotta understand that some people never really grow. They never learn their lesson. They never recognise their mistakes, they never acknowledge their faults, they never admit they were in the wrong. You will never receive an apology from them, and you will never see their behaviour change.

One thing about depression is the discomfort you feel all the time. Not sure if its physical, emotional or both. But you just feel like somethings wrong all the damn time and its scary how you end up getting used to it.

i just have this persistent feeling of “i’m not doing enough” combined with “i don’t have the energy to do anything” and it just really fucking sucks
