LET IT BE.

Lately i’ve been finding myself desperately craving for love. I preach about independence and stepping into the beat of my own drum & the only love I need is the love within myself, but I cant help but crave that feeling to be loved by someone else. I cant help but crave to be seen by someone else. Someone I can come home to. I’ve got everything I need - love from my family, friends, stable career, a place of my own - but at the end of the day I’m still alone. Everyone has THEIR person. I just want someone I can share my life with and just exist in their presence. That’s what I want. I crave for that love. The love that despite all my flaws, I am still chosen.

this time around, I’m met with so much gratitude. Life has so many ways of unfolding, and like a book, I’ll go through each in every page - taking my time to take everything in until I’m ready for the next chapter.
