ALTERNATIVELY if you have a stuffed animal based on/named after your f/o instead…

They’d find it really cute that you associate this animal with them, it would show them how much you pay attention to their little details such as personality and interests!

If they’re crafty, they’d love to help you make accessories for it, or gift you one of their own for it to wear so it feels more like them!

Imagine your f/o happily translating things into easier, simpler language for you and not thinking less of you for it.
