finished this editorial piece about the the possibility of the National Endowment for the Arts + Humanities being defunded. added a little bit of digital to it after the watercoloring. Without the NEA, many arts organizations would not be able to survive, help artists live through grants, job opportunities, and have spaces to create. ESPecially lower income artists and groups (and children) who thrive off off of this program. It ranges from film to music to visual to writing and everything else that is included in the arts.
