Tuesday we hit the JetExpress over to Put-In-Bay only the best part of the day was waiting for the ferry back to Kelley's Island. It's super hot. You're super tired and are ready to get back to your home base island. A young man, name I didn't get, came up to me and started to show me pictures of EVERYTHING he took while at Put-In-Bay.on his iPhone. He was with his mother, his aunt, his younger brother (who knew - this guy was much shorter but older than the taller boy) and he just walked up to me and wanted to show me pictures. It became a game. He showed a pic and he wanted immediate feedback. Then, he would swipe to another pic and started to expect feedback. He wouldn't swipe until I commented. 😂Then as he continued to swipe, he then challenged me to go deeper and share WHY one pic was more favored than another. :) #worky #lotsoftimetokill #lotsofpics He told me his mother was the lady on her phone. His aunt was the one in pink smoking. He was 22 years old and his YOUNGER brother was the one walking around and just "ticking me off...." Yes, I'm cleaning up his language. 😊 The only time he stopped showcasing his pics was when he noticed my left knee scar and asked, "OMG what happened to your knee???" It's amazing what you tell complete strangers with just a simple question. #andimeananyone This young man was a special needs boy and I would have guessed he was much younger than 22 years old and had anyone bet me his age I would have lost that bet. He was kind, he was mature, he could hold a conversation and was very funny. I admire anyone who has natural social skills and can initiate and hold a conversation with anyone with the fullest of confidence. Every restaurant on the Bay was the same. 🍕Every bar. 🍻 The museum was nice though he was definitely the best part only to discover him at the end of the day waiting for our ride back to Kelley's Island. 💕☀️🛳 (at The Keys, Put-in-Bay)
