I know the chances of you seeing this “letter” are slim but I hope more than anything that it reaches you. We met at the first Rep session in Rhode Island and it remains the best night of my life.

Since then, so so much has changed! When we met, I was extremely closeted about my sexuality and I wouldn’t even say I was fully out to myself yet. Flash forward to now and I’ve come out to nearly everyone in my life and have been living very openly ~gay~

While most people are amazing, unfortunately not everyone is. I posted a lot on my old tumblr (bottleswithyou) about my journey, and as a result had my blog reported and terminated by people in the fandom who aren’t as accepting of how difficult this can be. I lost private DMs you had sent me years ago, all my interactions with you, years and years of posts, as well as your follow. To say I’m heartbroken over this is an understatement. I love having this platform to keep you updated on my life as I’ve felt firsthand how caring and thoughtful you are when it comes to our lives. 

 I need to thank you for being my rock for the past 11 years. I truly don’t think I ever would have gotten to this place where I’m SO proud to be who I am if I didn’t have you by my side to help me figure it all out. Seeing how amazing of an ally you are brings me to tears because of how much it means to know the most important person in my life supports me being who I am. There’s no battle I wouldn’t fight for you and I 100% feel that level of love in return. Thank you endlessly for giving me the courage to shine. 

Like I said, I hope so badly this reaches you. I’m so excited for this album and I can’t wait to celebrate it in NYC with al of my best friends and (hopefully) you.

Anyways I’ve been getting over 380,000 notes a month easily and now I’m getting supposedly less than 1,000 a day. The ‘best stuff first’ feature has downgraded this site a tremendous amount, not only is the feature destructive to smaller blogs, they also somehow fucked up the activity page, and is no longer accurate or useful.
