PEP: tbh you deserve to be pampered and there's only so much i can do with the skin care at polaris

PEP: shhh you're going to have so much fun!

Bea’s fist hovers over the door but refuses to make contact. Her knuckles are pathetic and cowardly, but that’s no surprise is it? So is the rest of her. That’s why she’s put this off as long as she has. At first she’d just been hoping Sammy -- Sam, she doesn’t deserve to use the blonde’s nickname, does she? -- would forget all the effects of the curse like so many others. She should have known it wouldn’t be that easy for her. Bea’s spent centuries ruining lives it makes sense she’d ruin the only love she’s had that wasn’t manufactured, stolen or otherwise manipulated -- this is her karma. She frets because she cares, but she knows the longer she lets this go the worse it will be, so it’s time to be brave. 

Knock. Knock. Knock. 

Knuckles make contact with hardwood and now all she can do is wait and hope Sam will actually answer.

A loud grunt of annoying erupts from the depths of Pepper’s soul, her eyes rolling dramatically. “I don’t know, Docherty! I guess I just like had them and then I didn’t. Ugh, can you please chill? Your energy right now is like super stressful for me!”

CECILIA: Hey quick question, what’s it like having such an awful sponsorship?

“Hey,” she calls, moving from a walk to a jog in an attempt catch up. “I think you dropped this.”
