May have had the best sandwich of my life earlier today. It was a 40 min wait in a short line because he makes every sandwich one at a time.  First he slathers ciabatta bread in olive oil.  Then bibb lettuce.  Piles of steaming hot caramelized onions. Mushrooms. Avocado. Tomato. Fresh Chives. Salt, pepper. Then he shaves a giant pile of comté cheese on top.  I got mine topped with prosciutto, Nikki got hers with chicken and hot pepper sauce.  Then they grill them to perfection.
