unfortunately, for me, Iβve been thinking about the end of season two of severance again and a lot about the Greek myth stuff. Finally clicked with me, which goes to show that Iβm just a big dumb idiot cause itβs itβs itβs obvious as hell now that Iβve bothered to think about it. You know the severed level you literally descend into it. Mark goes down there looking for his wife and not really, but in a subconscious way, very Orpheus looking for Eyuridice and the whole end of season two it seems like itβs meant to emulate that myth Orpheus turning back, but thatβs only if you ignore on the other side of the door Gemma itβs an interesting version itβs like Orpheus shoved her out of the underworld and instead it consumed him because he fell in love with someone else down there
