Over the past few months, several of my friends and I have received some Pelliper Mails containing some really disturbing stuff. Among these were, to give you an idea, things like a corpse and a human head.

Y'all. This is not okay. Step back and think about how disturbing that is in the context of a pokemon roleplay community. Sure, some blogs here are all for angsting it up and having their muses sent things meant to upset them—but for the most part, my friends and I are here to have fun. If we want our muses to go through some angst, we'll ask, in the form of things like opening Pelliper Malice, or starting a story arc on our own. Even then, sending a blog something like severed human body parts? That will so rarely be the vibe a blog is going with, and when it is, you'll very likely be able to tell. If not, it always okay to ask. Communication is key in a community like this.

Furthermore, I urge you to take the people behind all of these blogs into a little more consideration. One instance of an ask like the ones mentioned above sent one of my friends into a panic attack. A real world, real life panic attack. Even though it's a roleplay community, the things you send to people can have a greater effect.
