I don't know much

But I do know one thing

You don't need to be loved

After hours and hours of fighting

Myself on my bedroom floor

I finally kicked the door in

Said, "I won't take no more"

After trying to make sense of my life

Found out it's impossible

Because there's no sense to be had here

I guess it's not rational

For not telling you the truth

Why do we pretend we can't live in harmony

Treated like an inconceivable distant dream

Spread as much love and kindess as we can

Love the view

Little sneakers running around

Funny laughs and big smiles

Miles and miles you've walked

Around the same town

It's romantic

Simplistic

The same views never get old to you

Will they lead you to me?

And it's keeping me looking forward to another day

Not an easy accomplishment
