There is soft slider buns, crispy bacon, creamy ranch, and melted cheese in these Slow Cooker Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders. It's the perfect mix of flavors. They're easy to make and taste great as a meal or party snack.
Ingredients: 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1 packet ranch seasoning mix. 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled. 12 slider buns. 8 slices cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 cup ranch dressing. 1/4 cup butter, melted. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley.
Instructions: Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker and sprinkle ranch seasoning mix over them. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is cooked through and tender. Shred the cooked chicken using two forks and return it to the slow cooker. Stir in cooked and crumbled bacon. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and ranch dressing. Preheat oven to 350F 175C. Slice slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish. Spread a layer of ranch dressing mixture over the bottom halves of the buns. Top with shredded chicken and bacon mixture, followed by a slice of cheddar cheese. Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese. Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and sliders are heated through. Serve warm and enjoy!
