Ingredients: 4 pork chops, bone-in or boneless. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 375F 190C. Add paprika, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper to the pork chops. Make a paste with brown sugar and minced garlic in a small bowl. A skillet that can go in the oven should have olive oil in it. For two to three minutes on each side, sear the pork chops until they turn golden brown. Cover each pork chop with the garlic brown sugar paste. Place the skillet in an oven that has already been heated and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145F 63C.
