"Your mullet is so-- breathtaking." Drakken is in awe-- a rare thing for a man with such a huge ego. He runs a gloved hand over his own mullet, almost self consciously. This guy had such better hair.
"It's my first year being invited to VillainCon. I'm Dr Drakken." He offered the hand that had been fiddling with his hair, a smile on his face. He had to be cool. Exude evil scientist energy best he could.
"Skulker! Nicolai! Ugh, where are these two dolts when I actually need them?"
Palms resting upon hips for a moment, to scan the area comes much easier when you float a few meters high above the crowd, advantages of his ghost form nonetheless don't seem to bring any apparent result. So much for wanting to take a break from all the heroism and rightfulness... Alas, no sign of his henchmen still, Vlad's annoyance is quick to turn into curiosity when his hearing catches the sound of unfamiliar voice - to turn in the air and gaze down takes a little effort, this new face already seems to be quite intriguing for his intent look.

Swift motions, there's nonetheless a certain grace in a way the halfa descents down onto the ground, a fangy smile beams in response to the stranger's own as he takes the offered hand. Interesting... Such a contrast to his own unnaturally heated limbs, he could sense the chill emitting despite the covering it glove... It's only natural to be suave in response to the genuine compliment, Vlad greets Drakken as warmly with his words as he does with this handshake, vague morals never excluded him of well-honed courtesy.
