Bit of a treat in light of no stream last Monday (and none this coming Monday). I wanted to do this anyway. Full animatic of the Cerebrum board so far. About half the board is done. It’s very rough. A lot of work still needs to be done.

At 1:50 the music stops, due to the fact that the next scene was too long to fit the flow of the track; henceforth, I had to “restart” the music from the beginning a little further in. This is not how it is supposed to go, obviously, so it’s something I’ll need to adjust. This is good, though; it’s what the storyboard phase is for: to figure out the flow before things get animated. I’ll probably have to compartmentalize some areas.

Little look into the board progression.

Based on a specific scene in this. I like the idea of them both turning around to look and Brain and be like, “So who are you talking about, darling?”.

Streaming Update:

Regular streams will start on February 6th and take place here. Streams will be every Monday from 5:00 PM - 6:30/7:00 PM PST, with a focus on storyboarding and, possibly, animation. The goal is to get through all of the board stage of “Cerebrum” and, eventually, through the rest of “Most Girls”, if possible.

Cerebrum Update: Several more board sheets added. Going by script pages, I’m part-way through 2 of 6 pages. (The two panels above are not in the update, as they’re part of the next sheet I’m currently working on. Consider it a teaser.)

“Most Girls” Update: None. It’s probably been almost a year since I last touched it; maybe more. Cerebrum has taken the forefront, as it encompasses subject matter that’s more appealing to me. However, I’m getting a lot of animation practice in, which is slowly increasing my confidence in returning to “Most Girls”.

Life Update: I doubt many care about this, but life has been busy. I’m a part-time animator and taking an ASL college class. On the side, I’m helping my husband with his business, working on my own projects, and am planning (along with my husband) to sell at an upcoming convention. Still attending therapy -- getting that in line with insurance was a wild ride and I’ve been through four therapists now due to various issues. It’s been stressful. Also, our car is in need of repair, but we’ll have to sell it, as we can only pay for so much.
