After I figured out that you can get married on community lots and created a little chapel, I wanted to make another wedding venue. I have always been a big fan of rustic weddings (perhaps Iâll have one some day :D) and I was inspired by this ts4 lot to make a barn wedding venue. As you guys know, I make it a rule to use no CC in my creations. The reason I do this is because too much CC can slow down your load time, and I donât want to contribute to that if I can help it. That being said, Iâm a huge fan of custom content and my game takes about 20 minutes to load... Anyway, there was 1 thing I felt was worth breaking my rule, because it fits the theme so well. Helenaâs sunflower wedding arch. It didnât get included in the lot for some reason so hereâs the link. The lot includes a lovely ceremony area in the barn, a buffet table (sims have to pay to fill it when they get to the lot), bar, and a photo booth to commemorate the special day.
Hereâs how to have a wedding âpartyâ (it will not fufill the have party want) on a community lot: Go to the phone, select manage groups, and create a group of people you want to attend the wedding. Use the phone to invite the group to the community lot (I prefer âjust for funâ rather than âfor an outingâ because then thereâs less pressure to make the outing really fun.) Once youâre at the lot with your friends and family, click the arch to get married, cut the cake, and fill the buffet table!
