Bit of a throw back on this Wednesday morning to this incredible banana bread I made. 😍🍞 Banana bread isn’t always the most nutritionally dense food, but it’s super easy to make some swaps and increase the nutritional value! For instance, this loaf is refined sugar free (including the chocolate 😍) , gluten free, vegan (duh), rich in unsaturated fats and micronutrient dense all whilst tasting amazingggg. 🍌🍓🍫

Nothing beats Australian beaches in summer 🌊✨💕

So this is @hellococofrio... its vegan, refined sugar free, gluten free, FODMAP friendly, organic, Australian owned and made, medium chain fatty acid rich and utterly delicious. 😍🤤 This company makes the best, guilt free ice cream with multiple incredible flavours. The new ‘Blueberry Pop’ and ‘Strawberry Choc Chip’ are major winners too, especially when added to other deserts! I popped mine in cookies to make ice cream cookie sandwiches and in a strawberry-choc freakshake. 🍪🍦🥤❤️

I would much rather be in Bali enjoying a mango, pineapple and passion fruit juice at @rockbarbali than at home. 🙄😍🍍🌊

Honestly, Bali has so many secluded jungles, forests, mountains and waterfalls that are absolutely stunning! 🌴☀️⛰ It’s so wonderful to see small snippets of untouched nature and dynamic ecosystems doing their thing! Nature blows my mind! 😍💕 (at Tegenungan Waterfall)

By far one of the best meals of my life! 😱😍🤤 @earthcafebali knows the key to my heart! Kombucha, raw burgers and raw cakes! Plus my rents enjoyed two incredible vegan courses too! 🍽🍔🥙🍛💕 (at Earth Cafe & Market Bali)

Man oh man, did the sky put on a show last night! 😍 Does it blow anyone else’s mind that the sun, UV light can create a spectrum of colours like that in the sky? 😱🌅💕

So, I kept my promise. School is officially over, and I am back again with new content, a new theme and sooo much planned! ✨🎉 So here’s a shot of my breakfast, a choc nicecream bowl made with @du_chocolat , peanuts, coconut and my raw @du_chocolat chocolate brownies from @tessbegg’s ebook! That’s right, she lives! ✨I am alive! Apart from my life being absolutely insanely crazy, I am alive! At this point I officially only have 2 weeks of schooling left forever, and it’s so surreal.😱📚 Then I’ll have all the time in the world to make lovely bowls of health and bake delicious treats. 🍌🍓🍰🍪 This morning’s breakfast was a big green nicecream bowl 🌱 topped with coconut, buckwheat, blueberries, mango, apple and flowers. 👅💦

Throw back to a few weeks ago where yo girl had her school formal. 🎉💕 I was channeling my inner warrior, to say the least. 😂💁 Everything, from my makeup to the feathers in my hair were cruelty free & vegan, proving that you can still look fab without exploiting animals! ✨💕
