The girl fought back the scream that had built in her throat. She wanted to cry out for Jack, but that would have been useless at this point. The forest was close. She would know her way around easier than… whoever this was. So naturally, she took off running. Right into the woods. Her mind was screaming at her to just stop and see what the hell was going on, but her feet couldn’t stop moving. The look in her eyes burned right into Effy’s mind, her thoughts only of Jack at this point. After running for what seemed like forever, she crouched behind a fallen tree. “Jack, for the love of God, please you have to help me. If you can hear me, please…” She whispered.

There would be no F U N if the game was over now.

 ”Well, it would make me lose if you found me! Alright, I’ll go hide than.”

A small giggle of her own, before she makes a point of covering her eyes with her hand.      "1...2...3..."

Aphrodite gave the girl a hesitant smile. “Sure, we can play tag.” She nodded. “Who’s it?” She asked, her eyes never leaving the girl. Despite the girls appearance, and Effy’s draw to children, abandoned children especially, her excitement to play a game sent chills running down her spine.

      "You just r̮̪̯̘u҉҉͏̦̥̫̹̹̪n͡͏̨͓͓͇̻̥͎̻͉."

Raising a brow Aphrodite stared at the girl. Why was she by herself? I mean, a lot of children had ended up alone in the world one way or another, but this girl seemed very young. “Sure? What kind of game did you have in mind?”

Porcelain hands clasp behind her back, head tilting to the side and a grin lighting her face. It's slightly off, as most of her grins are, but it doesn't need to be perfect anymore, as her new friend had already agreed to play. The girl looks fun enough, if she survives (she won't--they never do) Dolly might even keep her around!

“━━━★I'm Mabel ! It’s                  nice to meet you !”

      "Nope--never. I guess its for the best though, if I had to wait for a friend like y o u then it was worth it. Thank you! You're the nicest person I've ever met." A hand comes down to straighten her dress, before her grin broadens at the other "Mabel, do you like games?"

"Why would I tell on you?"

Had she not seen? This certainly worked in the dolls f a v o r. "Oh--n̒̇̓̄͜o̙̝̙͈͌͐͛̎̇̑̚̕ͅ ͓͙̜͖̫̞̏ͅr̪̤̤̜̦̃̂ͤ̕e̷͈͓͔̫ͪ̌͊a͙̦̝̖̅ͪ̈̋̎̒́͝s̘̩̦̗̜̙̩ͪ̉͆ͪ̆o̙̦͉̗͈͛ͪ̎̏n̫̳͓̭̠̲̻."

"Why doesn’t mummy talk much, dolly? She only ever talks about her friends now. Mummy used to brush my hair, and read me stories when I went to bed. I don’t think she likes me very much anymore, dolly." A sigh left her lips and she picked dolly up, cradling the doll to her chest.

She normally waited much longer then this...but...well, Esme's emotional state was beyondready. The doll made her finger twitch, before her eyes fluttered. Closed. Open. Closed. Open. Closed. OPEN.She blinked, as if unsteady, before a look of pure j o y and a w epassed her features. "You--You saved me."

    "You better be careful           and not get too close            to the stage, dolly—                  those Animatronics like to bite…”                                  No kidding.

      "They won't hurt me." It wasn't p o s s i b l e for her to feel something as trivial as pain anymore.
