bc at this point,

just because, to be honest.

it’ll only be a two weeks, yet it feels like,

i’m saying goodbye to the city in a way.

where this breeze hits even better.

i haven’t been alone in a while.

either my mind is loud and i’m alone

or my mind is quiet and i’m around others.

i learned a while ago to stop trying to make both happen

i think a lot, clearly.

and so, i learned to be thankful when it all aligns on its own.

that’s so amazing honestly.

i’m so proud of him.

that i basically turned my phone off for a week.

i kinda got nothing in me for a few hours.

a lot going on, and willingly and necessarily,

have to be there for others a bit more

than myself at the moment.

been down south.

two funerals in one day is a bit wild.

having to miss one for the other

is wilder.

people don’t appreciate it enough

with all the continued experiences,

happening to me and to others I love,

it’s all I can think about within the experiences.

to feel and to give and receive.

the last few weeks

I have so many thoughts seeing this. I forgot what day I made this. It’s easy to forget some specifics when time is at play.

I’d be lying if I said it flew by.
