Hi, this is just gonna be ramblings on my idea of Intern... competent Intern at least cuz I have a second idea of bro and they're just the silly meme one... oh and ig this can be considered like an AU

Ok so SO. For false positive interns are infected but have no symptoms (except the weird face but all interns possess that feature). They have the infection and can actually change into the mimic/possessed form but only at very low sanity (10% or lower). If interns end up to 0% sanity they unwillingly change into the infected but can be brought back with consumables that give sanity or the teddy bear.

Most interns are very optimistic and learn fast, though often make mistakes at the start. To differentiate an uninfected intern from a false positive intern is to look at the paws. FPs should have no paws or toe beans as some call it. They also have no tails and can't stop smiling. Ah, right and they're mass produced by the Animal Corporation.

In particular one Intern, which I'll call Head Intern, has been working for an extended amount of time and learnt to deal with other anomalies and treat patients to the point other interns think very highly of them and some of the staff. They know much more than they let on and even know really obscure things about the hospital and its patients. They like keeping their infection status secret as it proves to be more troublesome to deal with people who know.

Head Intern is what I write in my fics, sophisticated vocabulary, mostly working alone, low empathy, constant smile and so on. I like to think they get new interns and are tasked with dealing and teaching them. Head Intern also probably got a very good eye on details and can spot anomalies from afar.

They normally would rather run the hospital by themselves since most of the time they're much more skilled than their coworkers. But has learnt to just accept it, keeping their professionalism. Head Intern does have some fondness to other interns and is much softer to them than anyone else. They have much more suspicion and caution than the average intern.

Head Intern also "lives" in the hospital, never leaving and constantly working as they know that their infected status even if they're not very dangerous now could be cause for some... accidents. Also they enjoy the monotonousness of working, workaholic. They only work night shifts since that's the period of time where a lot of anomalies appear. In the daytime they just stay in the break room or a secluded room to sleep.

Head Intern's relationships are somewhat strained as they're very keen on keeping the professionalism but respects Surgeon, Head Nurse and Doctor. The rest of the employees are neutral to them. They do have some suspicion towards "Assistant" or Secret Agent as they call them in their mind. Though Dr. Harlow is on the negative list, as much of a high rank he is, Head Intern does not respect him.

Towards the anomalies, they don't got much care for them but often does help the creatures, like giving the bed monster food, or getting eye drops for the eyes. As for others like Ron, Rattew, Liz or Barney. They don't really care about them that much, Head Intern knows they'll only appear for a time and leave so it doesn't really matter. But they still do their requests.

Head Intern actually gathered a bunch of money as they saved up. They always have at least two guns on them and chocolates. Though from appearance, you couldn't tell them apart from any other Intern. The only thing that gives it away is their personality.

My idea was that maybe when Player came back to yk those areas like the Blackrock throne or Griefer's treehouse and get those cutscenes- maybe Player is gaining visions from the swords!

But the changes to lore like Kyoko being stuck in one place even though she was exploring a lot is going to be difficult. I think there was a mention that she was just resting there and checking up on Brad bc she's a doctor! So I think it still sticks, she came back to the jungle to help Griefer with his recovery! Even though we did cure him- I'm sure there's still some unpleasant side effects haha...

Erm, Manor building changes... explained bc um... magic.. manor... yes... but no fr, I think the change can be explained by the fact the Manor is genuinely a magical area that houses ghosts, zombies, skeletons and vampires. Especially since there's two sides of the Manor so! Yeah yeah :3

Mmm... I think thats all, because the differences in how the story was written within the individual chapters won't change for my idea of my main story lore thing... its still all pre-rewrite. Maybe except for Cruel Blackrock King, since his rewrite was so good... I think there's new dialogue with him in the Nevada area! So that shall be included in main file :3
