Earnestness because you need to be sincere about your feelings and intentions towards me since I have no time for anything that's passing or weak or unclear

Emotional maturity because we all are fucked up and we all are dealing with too much. You need to know how to get a hold of yourself as a rule and as an exception I can hold your hand and be there for you.

Courage to do the right thing. To show up. To back your words with actions. Because it's only those who are weak that lie, cheat and abandon.

Small gestures and expressiveness I love so deeply and wholly and I would like to be loved the same way in return. Leave me sticky notes with poetry, send me flowers at work, remember my mom's birthday and post our cute pictures on your Instagram because why the hell not? And all this without me having to tell you

Humour that isn't making fun of others and that isn't always laced in sarcasm. Make me laugh and I'll make you laugh and life will seem a little less heavy

Presence and certainty because I no longer want to waste my time playing mind games or wondering if you're really in this if you're really into me if I should call you or if I'm being too much. If you like me then let me know and don't make me doubt it and be articulate about your feelings and thoughts
