I tried to hide my fingers, wishing they were thicker and smaller. But when I developed an eating disorder and realized how my hands were what people with eds craved to have, I slowly started to appreciate them. Today, I'm very happy about having boney and delicate hands - all thanks to the ed-community. You might think it's just part of my disorder but I've actually come to like my hands, which is something I never thought was possible.

I'd really appreciate it if someone could talk to me bc I feel so alone. Yesterday my parents told me how they're gonna force me to go to a mental hospital bc of my ed and everything and I had a bad panic attack afterwards. I feel like I'm out of my mind and I REALLY don't wanna go to a psych ward yall, im not willing to cooperate because my ed is all I have and I won't let anyone take it away from me.
