this old man at the gym loves to come up to my squat rack and ask if he can take 45 lb plates off it because “i’m assuming you’re not using all of these” yeah most people don’t. and you can just take them. Not sure why you have to demoralize one of the only feminine lifters at the gym just because you’re insecure that you’re an old man. I know it made you cry to see me bench 179 just now but you don’t have to do all that dusty bitch
