September 18, 2019 - Police get another call about loud music around 3am and Adam Montgomery and Kayla talking, the next more there was “no movement” from the house and the car appears to have been broken into. The caller also says that they have been “dealing with this address for months.” (Source.) September 23, 2019 - A friend of Kayla & Adam Montgomery named Tabby Scott, posts separate selfies with Harmony, Kayla, and Adam with the caption “No matter what I love you guys to death”. Friend’s of the family say that Tabby is sort of a step-sibling to Adam. Her father dated Adam’s mother for some time and they lived with each other as kids and have remained close ever since. October 2019 - Kevin Montgomery (Uncle Kevin) calls Police to obtain an escort in order for him and his mother to go into the 77 Gilford st. home in order to pick up some of her things and check on the children. He felt like they needed a police escort because he didn’t want any confrontation. Kevin says he saw Harmony briefly and she looked “timid” (Source. Source.) October 2019 - Harmony is physically seen by police during a “Call for Service” at a Manchester home. This is what LE are going off of for last confirmed known whereabouts (Source. Source.) November 2019 - The Millers adopts Harmony’s half-brother Jamison. Brian & his partner say they have a close relationship with Crystal, it was an open adoption. They heard that Harmony and Jamison were close when they were in foster care and and even though they had never met her, tried to adopt Harmony as well but was told by the Massachusetts Department of Children & Families that Harmony was reunited with her father. Blair tried to get into contact with Harmony so her and Jamison could still have a relationship with no luck. (Source) Thanksgiving 2019 - Adam Montgomery claims that Crystal Sorey comes to Manchester to get Harmony. (Source) Thanksgiving 2019 - Christina Lubin (Kayla Montgomery’s mother) claims that she saw Harmony for the last time over Thanksgiving. This was the only time Christina has seen Harmony she said that she “looked clean, didn’t have any bruises, was extremely polite, very cute, it was very brief.” She also said that Kayla said that she went off to live with her biological mom. Thanksgiving 2019 - A neighbor (who wishes to remain anonymous) of Adam & Kayla Montgomery at the 77 Gilford St. home says that the home had fallen into foreclosure and the family were refusing to leav and basically squatting before finally being forced out. U.S. Marshals were coming to the home and leaving notices. The neighbor says that she went away for Thanksgiving break and when she came back the family had moved out. (Source.) Possibly Thanksgiving - December 6th - Christina Lubin states in an interview that she believes something could have happened during this time. That she saw Harmony on the day after Thanksgiving and that on December 6th Kayla and Adam and her 3 kids were homeless and asked to live at her house, but she said she didn’t have room, Harmony wasn’t apart of that conversation. This interview is hard to read because Christina keeps fumbling over her words and changing what she says. (Source) November/December 2019 - Kayla Montgomery claims that this is the last day she sees Harmony in person. She says that Adam was taking her to her biological mother (Crystal), and never saw or heard from her again. (Source.) January 20, 2019 - “DM” biological child of Kayla Montgomery and Adam Montgomery is born. (Source.) February 2020 - Kayla Montgomery becomes pregnant with “CM” biological child of Adam Montgomery. This is just calculated based off of birth date, and the average gestation period. (Source.) June 2020 - Crystal tells the Millers she still hasn’t been able to reach Adam or speak with Harmony. Possibly November 2020 - Adam Montgomery and Kelsey Small start dating. She said in her interview with Police on December 31, 2021 that they had been dating for over a year. (Source.) November 4, 2020 - “CM” biological child of Kayla Montgomery and Adam Montgomery is born. (Source.) January 2021 - Kayla Montgomery goes to a re-determination for their household for DHHS benefits. The case worker noted there was confusion re: Harmony as Kayla claimed she went to her biological mom’s house every weekend. (Source) March 2021 - Kayla Montgomery and her 3 children move in with her mother, Christina Lubin. June 2, 2021 - Harmony is removed from Kayla Montgomery’s DHHS benefits. Kayla told her case manager that Harmony moved back with her mother”. Kayla received 19 months of benefits during a time Harmony is unaccounted for = $2451. Anything greater than $1500 is a felony. (Source) June 27, 2021 - Crystal posts a video on ticktok of a slideshow of pictures of Harmony. A comment that she leaves on July, 28th 2021 reads: “Shes not quite missing. Her father has her & hasn't let me see her or talk to her in 2 years!!! For no reason just to hurt me... shes manch nh somewhere” “I need to find her!” (Source.) July 2021 - Kayla Montgomery and her 3 biological children begin living in a shelter. (Source.) July 2, 2021 -  Adam Montgomery’s mother in law (Christina Lubin) filed for a restraining order against him. The complaint says wife Kayla was living with her mother at the time due to alleged violence from Adam. Adam apparently came to the home and tapped on a window with a knife. (Source.) July 21, 2021 - Crystal tells the Millers she’s finally located Adam Montgomery, but he blocked her from social media immediately. October 2021 - Kayla Montgomery claims to have not physically seen Adam Montgomery since Late October and not spoken to him since mid-November 2021. Kayla claimed Adam was living in a sober house, and had then left the area to live in Maine with another female. (Source) November 18, 2021 - Manchester Police Department received a call from Crystal Sorey regarding Harmony Montgomery. Sorey reported that Harmony, who was in the physical custody of Adam Montgomery (her ex), was missing, and that she hadn’t seen Harmony in over six months. An employee of the Manchester Police Department contacted DCYF and learned of previous addresses associated with Adam. Manchester Police Officers checked those addresses, but were unable to locate Adam or Harmony. (Source) December 27, 2021 - DCYF notified the Manchester Police Department that they were unable to locate Harmony. Which made the MPD initiate an investigation. They spoke with various family members and was unable to make contact with Adam. This is where they learned Harmony had not been physically seen since October/November 2019. (Source) December 29, 2021 - Crystal sends email directly to Manchester’s Mayor. “My daughter is missing and DCYF won’t help.” (Source.) December 30, 2021 - Detective Abele spoke with Adam’s uncle, Kevin Montgomery, regarding concerns for Harmony. Kevin said that he has not seen Adam or Harmony since late 2019. However, Kevin had first-hand knowledge of the child’s eye injury from 2019. Kevin said that he observed Harmony with a black eye. Kevin notified DCYF after the fact with concern for the injury. Kevin says that Adam told he that he “bashed her around the house”. (Source) December 31, 2021 - Detective Dunleavy spoke with Kayla Montgomery. Kayla said that she last saw Harmony sometime in November or December of 2019, she saw Harmony one morning prior to going to work. Adam said that he was driving Harmony back to Crystal (her biological mother) who was living in Lowell, MA at the time. Kayla claimed that she never saw, or heard about Harmony after that day. Kayla also admitted that she had seen Harmony with a black eye in the past; however she explained that Adam told her that it was caused by one of their other children striking Harmony with a toy (Kayla and Adam share 3 biological children together who are all accounted for). (Source) December 31, 2021 2:15pm EST - Manchester NH Police asks for the public's help in locating a missing 7 year old child, Harmony Montgomery.”Manchester Police received a report this week that Harmony Montgomery has not been seen since late 2019. The circumstances surrounding this prolonged absence are very concerning and are being thoroughly investigated.” (Source) December 31, 2021 3:58pm EST - Manchester NH Police hold first press conference regarding missing 7 year old, Harmony Montgomery. Last seen “Late 2019″ They became aware that she was missing “early this week” . “We have spoken with family members of Harmony and despite doing so our concerns with her whereabouts remain the same” “Have not met the threshold for an amber alert, since they don’t know who she is with or what vehicle she is in” Last seen at a residence in Manchester, NH in October time frame of 2019.  LE does not believe she was enrolled in school, they believe the last time she was enrolled was in Massachusetts. LE was not sure if she was a resident of Massachusetts or what school she was enrolled in (if any). Not prepared to comment on if there were any custody issues. DCYF and Manchester NHPD are the only entities currently working on the case. The last time she was seen (in October 2019) was a result of a “Call to service” from the Manchester NHPD, that call to service was handled and that is the last time she was seen in the city of Manchester. (Source) December 31, 2021 - Patrol officers were able to make contact with Adam Montgomery and his new girlfriend Kelsey Small together sleeping in a vehicle in the area of Harvell Street in Manchester. Small says she has been romantically involved with Adam for over a year. She was aware that Adam has three children from one mother, and another child from before that. However, Small says that Adam was not in touch with any child from his prior relationship. Small claimed that Adam has never talked about Harmony and has no information on where she may be. Adam told Detective Dunleavy that Harmony was fine and he had seen her somewhat recently. However, as the conversation continued, Adam said that he had not seen Harmony since Crystal came to pick her up in Manchester around Thanksgiving 2019. Adam stopped questioning multiple times stating “I have nothing else to say” LE say that Adam did not exhibit much emotion or reaction to Harmony not being physically seen for over two years. (Source) December 31, 2021 - Detectives interview Crystal Sorey’s boyfriend, Joseph Eckert. He says that he was living with Crystal in 2019 and Harmony was not with Crystal at all from October 2019 to present. Joseph state that he ahs never met Harmony in person. (Source) January 2, 2022 1:15pm EST - Manchester NH Police post another Missing flyer on Facebook with a link to National center for Missing and exploited children, no additional info given. (Source, Source) January 2, 2022 - Police search the property at 77 Gilford St. in Manchester. Witnesses say canines were brought in. They were at the scene between 8:29am and a little after 2pm (Source. Source) January 3, 2022 3:59pm EST - Manchester NH Police hold second press conference. Reiterates that they are in “rescue mode, all efforts are in that Harmony is alive, and somebody knows something”.  LE confirms that the “Last seen on October 2019″ is confirmed by the city of Manchester, in combination by the “Manchester Police department and some other entities as well”. DCYF is helping LE with the historical side of information, and are the ones who brought the attention to LE that Harmony was missing. LE were not prepared to discuss what family members they have spoken to. They said they work with DCYF daily, it isn’t uncommon to get a call from them, “this particular call we prioritized as being the most important and is why we are here today.” They confirmed that they had an FBI representative that had a meeting with them that morning who are filled in with all information and if needed they will be able to assist. (Source) January 4, 2022 7:42pm EST - Reward Increased for info leading to Harmony Montgomery. Dick Anagnost, owner of Anagnost Realty and Development and Arthur Sullivan, owner of Brady Sullivan Properties that they are each doubling their offer to $10,000. Along with their generous donations, two anonymous Massachusetts businessmen, one from Lynn and another from Newton have also offered reward money totaling $10,500.With the Manchester Crimeline’ s $2500 offer, this brings the total reward to $33,000. Anyone with information about Harmony Montgomery is asked to call the Manchester Police Department’s dedicated tip line at 603-203-6060. It is manned 24/7 and can receive calls, texts, and voicemails. (Source) January 4, 2022  - Adam Montgomery, age 31, of Manchester, New Hampshire, was arrested on January 4, 2022, in Manchester. Mr. Montgomery’s arrest was pursuant to an arrest warrant for one charge of felony second-degree assault arising from 2019 conduct against Harmony Montgomery, age 7, as well as one misdemeanor charge of interference with custody, and two misdemeanor charges of endangering the welfare of a child pertaining to Harmony Montgomery. Although an arrest has been made, the search for Harmony continues. (Source) January 5,2022 - Kayla Montgomery, age 31, of Manchester, New Hampshire, was arrested on January 5, 2022, in Manchester. Ms. Montgomery’s arrest was pursuant to an arrest warrant for one charge of Welfare Fraud, a class A felony, contrary to New Hampshire RSA 167:17-b. This charge alleges that between December 2019 and June 2021, Kayla Montgomery obtained over $1,500 in food stamp benefits by failing to remove Harmony Montgomery from Kayla’s family account with NH DHHS Division of Family Assistance and continuing to collect food stamp benefits for Harmony, despite the fact that Harmony was no longer living with Kayla and Kayla’s husband, Adam Montgomery.Kayla Montgomery is not the biological mother of Harmony Montgomery. Peter Napoli for pledging $10,000 in an effort to generate tips that will lead to 7 year old Harmony Montgomery.This offer brings the total reward number to $43,000. (Source.) January 6, 2022 - Kevin Montgomery gives interview with Banfield confirming that he was the reason police saw Harmony in October and says that “if DCYF would have listened in the first place we wouldn't be here today, they failed my niece”. January 6, 2022 - 7News speaks with Kayla Montgomery’s mother, Christina Lubin, who said despite their strained relationship with her daughter, she believes her daughter (Kayla) when she says she truly thought Harmony had been living with her biological mom. Christina says that she had only personally met the child once, around Thanksgiving 2019. (Source) January 6, 2022 - Christina Lubin gives another interview to press saying that Adam, Kayla, and the 3 kids (minus Harmony) visited her house in the west side of Manchester at the end of December during the holidays, that they were there “briefly”. She said she expected Harmony to be there but Kayla said that she was with her mother.  Christina says that the family had been living in a car on the streets at the time. Christina says her daughter is a known liar but she believes her daughter. Kayla was working at a Dunkin Donuts at the time. “It happened in a week period anytime after Thanksgiving to before December 6th, I think something happened at that time. My daughter has a good heart, but I don’t know what her part is in this. (Source.) January 6, 2022 10:35pm EST - Reward increased for info leading to Harmony Montgomery. They have pledged $10,000 for information that leads to Harmony Montgomery’s whereabouts.Manchester Police would also like to thank Manchester businessman Joseph Zagarella for a $5000 offer and Seabrook businessman Jeff Comeau for pledging $1000. (Source) January 8, 2022 - Manchester police and other agencies were at 77 Gilford St. in Manchester for second time continuing their efforts to find Harmony. It is believed that they were using ground-penetrating radar equipment to detect and map out ground areas. The mapping allows them to determine concrete condition, structural integrity, slab thickness, and detect voids within or beneath concrete slabs. A short time after the men were seen standing in the street, Manchester police removed a large brown paper bag. A sergeant put the bag in her vehicle parked outside the house. They have told neighbors that they will be there all weekend, have closed off the street to anyone who does not live there. Since he (Adam) got custody of her I have been fighting against the department to get her, I never gave up, I’ve tried to get better for my kids, they need me, and I’m not going to stop.
