In 4 days I will open the pre-orders of Plaguemon Kado, and I am no longer in the skin. This time no presentation in Tokyo (even if you want, I don't think you can go, and in any case the first time I had the tickets months before), nor a mini-documentary on Vice, a few if some interviews and a really mysterious logbook (I don't have shared practically nothing), I didn't really swab any journalist friends for this launch, nothing. Maybe a small online event on launch day. This title comes out quietly, as if it were more intimate. Developed entirely during the Sars 2.0 pandemic, and being a spin-off, as opposed to Plaguemon which mostly took place "outside the body", talking about nuclear and environmental disasters, this journey will take place more inside of us, swinging between the dark sides of the psyche and the torpor of the subconscious. I would like to explain more, but after all this work, every single spoiler would be absurd. The pre-order opening time is 2:30 pm on Thursday, I will ship shortly thereafter and I can't wait to hear the first opinions of my latest huge effort. Making such deep rom-hacks is really devastating, just think that at the time immense teams worked on it, salaried by Nintendo. In my case, however, it will be foolish to repeat it, but everything in development is supported by me. No simplified engines, just lots of Assembly, hex editing and old-fashioned pixel art. Among other things, it is the first ever total Pokemon TCG hack, so it goes without saying that the documentation is very scarce. I hope you will appreciate my vision, that this dream universe can accompany you for hours in which you can relax and have fun, but also reflect and dream.
