Hey! Hello! No, I am not a mathematician, I am a biomedical engineer accually. I also specialise in aerospace :)

In many fanfictions I saw a motive of seekers feeling vibrations in the air and possibly ground/hard surfaces.

Is this idea possible and does it make sense?

Yes! As I said before our deduction about Cybertronians are usually quite right and thats because we instinctively understand the laws of physics and biology really well.

Why?

Seekers may need this sense for the same reason planes need pressure sensors in the wings-to control their altitude. This works because on every planet with atmosphere, atmosphere has different density and pressure on different altitudes.

So seekers may need to feel pressure changes but now... How?

Well the answer to that question is one of my favourite things-the mechanoreceptors.

These are miniscule mechanical receptors present in animals bodies.

In our case those for example would be present in the inner ear- the tiny bones and membranes present there.

Mechanoreceptors can be responsible for heat detection, vibration detection or pressure detection.

In case of seekers I can imagine some kind of elastic receptor being placed along the curvature of the wing. Thanks to that receptors would deform together with the wing as it shakes and vibrates. Stretching and contracting could be easily interpreted by neural network thanks to that.

(and I dont mean making stupid jokes)

Adaptation seems to be Cybertronians defining ability. After reading some more comic books I got thinking how can they exactly use it to their advantage.

For example:

If they are crawling through a tight space they may want to transform just their arms or large body parts into some more "flexible" form

They may use transformations in their cells to change small things like optics colour

Its possible that they could transform some of their organs to adjust to new surroundings. For example transforming digestive system to be able to consume unpure energon.

Or changing some organs density to accomodate to some other atmosphere.

The information in the brain could also be stored and coded by a series of "micro transformations" of procesor tissue.

Do bots and cons even need them? What about Energon in this situation?

Well...We know that Shockwave and Megatron had the ability to release cyber-plague so they definitely can get different kinds of illnesses.

Dont inject untested stuff in urslf please

Now about the vaccines: these are necessary when organisms live in groups like Cybertronians or Humans do.

Inside the vaccines there are dead or neutralized viruses / pathogenic factors. Living organism gets these and then the immunity system starts fighting what it thinks is a serious threat.

But because these pathogenic factors are neutralized it’s easy for immunity to fight them off.

During those fights though a living body memorizes what attacked it. Because of that when the REAL ILLNESS comes organism is prepared and literally remembers its tactics!

So one may say: Cybertronians don’t have all the different blood cells, they just have Energon. I don’t think it’s true.

As I stated in my posts about transplantation and implantation I believe they must have blood types/energon types.

I think after intaking some Energon it gets “infested” (they react) with specific bots cells and typical genome.

That way each bot has their Energon-type and their own mechanisms of response to foreign bodies. This means that each of the characters, Bumblebee, Optimus, Arcee, Megatron and so on, has a different level of immunity to dieseases.

This also means that in order to boost that immunity vaccines are necessary.

And on Cybertron I would assume vaccines could be created not only from neutralized pathogenes but also created from the base atoms similarly to synthetic energon!

This will be the first post of this type, as there are many aspects I can hopefully analyze. 

It is not a secret that we recognize Cybertronian moods, body language and associate different frame types with specific properties and musculature.

Many of you will be glad to hear that it is not only because humans made the TV series and all content!

It all has logical reasons!

Body language : cowering

Cowering is a natural response of submission. There is no reason for bots not to do this! If something is larger than you and threatens you, you and every other animal will cower, make themselves seem smaller in hopes of avoiding conflict or trying to “hide” and get out of way. This is an obvious sign of surrender.

Contrary to @emperor-kumquat I dont think there is any need for explaining and analyzing those. They can be interpreted correctly by our natural instinct. (still fun to see analysis)

What I mean is, they are a natural way of making seeker look smaller or larger and they mimick movements of "ears" sort of.

His wings just follow the way of his body and his movements are pretty normal to any living, two-legged being and serve the same function! If we had that kind of stiff wings they would probably move the same. They move in a way, which is obvious and suits his surroundings and often mimick hand and body gestures.

Small bots are elastic?

Yes! Totally! What most of the fandom thinks about seekers of Screamers type and for example Arcee is completely true. Why?

Well it is like that in nature-small things are more elastic because they have mostly skin and joints and less muscles.

Why are Predacons SO scary?

As @emperor-kumquat once said in his video Starscream may be more afraid of Predacons than others because he knows their history well.

So today I thought: Hey... What history? Almost all characters are bigger than Scream and are kinda predatory towards him...

So here is what I think Predacons used to do and Starscream knew:

Do you like otters? Of course you do! We all do!

Well otters have a bit of a dark side to them... You see for the winter they have to save some food not to starve. They eat primarily fishes, so they have to stash them somwhere...

But as we know fish go bad easily so otters keep living fish in special secluded areas to later eat them.

Thats not all. To keep fish from swiming away while being alive otters BITE OFF all the fins.

Then they leave poor fish in their stash to kill and eat when the time comes.

Now imagine Predacons doing this (historically) to seekers WINGS.

Horrific!

Megatron: Why... Wouldn't you be up to something?

Starscream:

I hate when abuse happens, let me make that clear(it is triggering). But lets leave out that aspect and focus on how special Starscreams construction has to be f ex in TFP show and how seekers should be constructed for flight.

I believe the key to Starscreams impact resistance lies in his anatomy!

Also this sort of anatomy should be present in all seekers and many light-weight racers who dont have too much metal cover on them.

So the first thing that helps are feathers in seekers bodies!

These air pillows that protect them from cold can also work as miniature airbags protecting their inner organs upon impact.

If fliers would be able to "raise" feathers by neurons they could "activate" this mechanism right in the moment of impact helping them survive.

Next thing that reduces a mass of material and makes it more fracture-tough is a spiral layered structure.

This structure makes the potential cracks go around in a spiral motion and waste all the impact Energy! This construction is present in bodies of many insects and shrimps and stomatopoda.

Bonus:
