It’s October, and you know what THAT means- it’s officially H A L L O W E E N. To celebrate, the folks down at the lab whipped up a couple of new ‘Dex entries for some of Kessho’s spookiest Pokémon!

NUMBRANE- Lost Station PKMN

Every Numbrane disgorges three steady strands of psychic static from its wirelike whiskers, visually represented by strings of illuminated numbers. While the left and right strands are known to represent Numbrane’s sensory input and the current astronomical information, nobody is quite sure what the top strand shows- though some believe it is a predictor of future events, since it often increases rapidly in size and power right before a natural disaster.

MORTICHAN- Urban Legend PKMN

Corsola is thriving in the Kessho Region!

While Corsola is often derided as a weak Pokemon, there have been tales of colonies of Corsola powerful enough to hold up entire towns. In the waters of Caldera Lake, imported Corsola finally have the habitat to reach their full potential! 

CORAZAP- Coral Reef PKMN

DISQUASTE- Dangerous PKMN

The stinger on its head oozes a powerful venom. They bury themselves in the sand to sleep, making them very dangerous in populated areas.

SHARYNGE- Hostile PKMN

It is highly territorial, and will charge head-first at anything it deems a threat. Oddly, this does not include humans, who it acts utterly apathetic towards.

MEDIKILL- Discarded PKMN

Just like in Alola, Pokémon in the Kessho Region have adapted in different ways to the new environment. Here are some of the ones that will be found there!

Kesshoan Sableye

Steel/Ghost

Sableye were introduced to the Kessho region with tourism from Hoenn; they were unable to find enough gems in Kessho’s soil and instead began eating metal ores. This metal built up in their bodies, making their skin nearly Bulletproof.

Kesshoan Sudowoodo

Rock/Fairy

Sudowoodo in Kessho began to mimic and eat the local manzanita to eke out new habitat, gaining attributes such as leaflike stone orbs to more efficiently imitate the trees. Unlike Sudowoodo in other areas, Kesshoan Sudowoodo often live in large groups, using healing moves and the Triage ability to aid each other in battle.

Electric/Dark

SHMOOP- Hover PKMN

Every so often, mysterious white foam falls from space. On contact with air, this foam hardens into wires, which weave themselves into groups of three Shmoop.

FREZNITE- Stroll PKMN

This blog may be basically dead, but I sure ain’t! Here’s some of the cool stuff you can expect, just as soon as I bother to scan my art:
