Funny how I saw this in my inbox and just started sketching without any real plan - but ended up with a couple of pretty interesting drafts, and then I thought, "oh wow, it would be cool to make a backstory for these" - and here I am, having just finished a 39-page comic lol. I'm not gonna pretend I make comics like normal people. Mine usually look like one image = one page, but the amount of content that got cut for public access and paid platform exclusives is just insane. Anyway, I'll stop annoying you with self-promo here. There's just so much I want to say about this whole situation, but I think it's much more interesting if I let the characters talk about it, and learn to work their differences aside; even if it's such a pain trying to think of how these interactions would work, taking into consideration existing feelings and their already established characterizations without being too ooc.

That being said, we're nearly there, people! Caine is about to get his first ever lesson soon and I, for one, can't wait.
