right so i've just watched a playthrough (switch 2 is EXPENSIVE gang) of splatoon raiders and like. genuinely this game goated. im not good at reviewing stories but i am trying because raiders was so fun to even watch i just might detonate from joy when i get to play it myself

the gold turning out to be big fat golden power egg with a lovecraftian salmonid was honestly kinda cool. it definitely couldve looked more like a traditional golden egg in color but ah well

i looove how deep cut n the mechanic interact. while deep cut does still take kind of a backseat i'd argue they have the least time just sitting there. the way that theyre so open to helping the mechanic make stuff like workbenches.

the mechanic being brought into deep cut was just also so sweet, they're genuinely surprised by this but they just go along with it!!! imagine being them dude you get stranded with a bunch of celebrities who u dont really know but you manage to bond with them and get inducted into the polycule/the friend group that sounds fire
