I've got dirt on you.

The thought of having a little one of them about made her eyes well up with tears. Melissa loved her life with Andy. She never thought that someone would want to settle down with her, to have a life with her. Most of her exes always got tired of her or told her she was too ‘much’ but Andy loved her for all she was and now they were going to be parents. Yes, it was quick after their wedding but they were both getting older and Melissa knew it may not be possible for her in a few years. 

Truthfully, she was slightly nervous about how he would react. Melissa watched over him as he started to put the pieces together. Melissa couldn’t help but start to cry when he worked it out, “Yeah, baby!” She repeated, despite the fact she had tears running down her cheeks, there was still a smile on her face as she put her hand over her husbands that was on her stomach. “We are going to parents!” She beamed at him. 

Andy had always thought of building a family, not that he ever really thought it would happen. He was a child more or less with his humor and life in general he very rarely took things serious. Until he really starting spending his time with Melissa then it started to shift, he started to take things more serious, not to serious because that would be boring, but he paid more attention to things made sure to not make jokes in times that it wasn’t fitting. Were they ready for a baby? Unsure. He wouldn’t trade anything though they were starting their life and having a baby.

I honestly believe that I am addicted to making TikTok videos on my days off. I love learning all the new dances or challenges. Is there anyone one else that is addicted to it too? If you are, let’s make TikTok’s together.

I'm hoping that Melissa and I can finally have that wedding we've been planning, so there is that and hoping for my own office. Two things I want to stay the same are mine and Mel's love and just life. @melissaafumeroo

“I don’t need to be drunk to say that is what you said, it’s amazing.” She chucked. Melissa felt so blessed with her life. She loved her job, had amazing friends and was getting to marry Andy. Everything was perfect. “You know we should get him over for dinner and drinks soon, I feel like it’s been forever since we’ve seen him out of work.” Melissa said. “You are way more exciting, babe.” She beamed, leaning up to give him a kiss along his jaw. “I was not blaspheming it!” She chuckled. “I was just saying you are cooler!” 

“I mean am I wrong though? His hugs make you feel so protected but also terrified because he could break you at the same time.” Andy laughed shaking his head, he’d have to remember to see if Terry would be one of his groomsmen.  Normally he would be very nervous about something like this happening in his life but honestly he was excited about getting to spend the rest of his life with Melissa. “I agree we need to have him and the others over as well, we need to stop being such homebodies.” He laughed as he rubbed at her shoulder a little bit smiling at her at the compliment, “Well thank you.” Eyes closing at the kiss to his jaw, “I still claim that as a blasphemy but I do appreciate that you think I’m way cooler.”

Melissa let out a loud laugh and threw her head back. “Oh my god, I am going to tell him that you said his hugs are like being in the womb.” She said, wiping the tears forming at the sides of her eyes. This is what life was about. Doing the simple things like lying on the sofa and just talking about anything and everything with the person she loved most in this world, she would never get tired of it. “I think they should make all the movies about you. Die Hard would have nothing on you.” 

Andy put up his hands some as she laughed before he was joining in on the laugh, “I’ll tell him myself which I think I may have mentioned it once when I was drunk...no no it was in my head when I said it.” He stated his face scrunching up ever so slightly as if he was in thought then then looked back at her the smile never leaving his face. He hoped nights like this never stopped happening even after they were married, it was comfortable and relaxing. He gave a small snort of a laugh at her comment, “I don’t think I’m exciting enough for that..” he stated before placing a single finger over her lips, “Don’t blasphemy against Die Hard.”

“That is fair. I mean, I know we have this love and everything but the love you and Terry have? I wouldn’t dream of coming between that.” Melissa laughed. Everything with Andy just felt right, like she had waited her whole life to find him. Melissa was not expecting him to come into her life but she could not believe that he had and now they were going to be together forever. Melissa knew she could be a lot and it had driven people away from her in the past, but it seemed that Andy loved her for it. “It will be genius. There will be movies made on the subject and everything.” She smiled. 

"Terry is like a giant teddy bear that has muscles that are constantly moving it’s like being back in a womb.” He stated with a small chuckle happy that him and Melissa could make jokes about things like this without it being taken too serious. He used to think love was just a made up thing that people lied about until he met her, then it all really made sense to him. Well she made sense to him anyways and the fact the he would do anything for her and would go through everything for her and that smile of hers. “Now see that’s what I want at the end of the day to have movies and stories all made about something that happened in my life.”

“Then clearly I must be the one for the job.” Melissa teased him, wiggling her eyebrows. First the first day she met Andy, he made her laugh and she was hooked but she never thought someone like him would want to be with her. And now they were here, planning their wedding and she couldn’t see a life without him. “Well with that attitude they are never going to open for you.” She laughed. Melissa’s lips turned upward when he kissed her forehead. It was such a simple thing, but she loved it so much. “It’s perfect!” Melissa laughed. “We need to hire the same person in black to all the events, really get people talking.” 

"Oh you are the best person for this job I would say and the only person I would ever want in my bed outside of maybe Terry.” He joked with a laugh he wasn’t really sure how she put up with him but he hoped that she continued to put up with his shenanigans. If there was one thing that Andy never thought he would be doing it was planning a wedding..his wedding non the less but now that he was there was nothing he would rather be doing. He loved seeing her smile at him it was one of the many perks about being with her that smile of hers seemed to always make everything seem better. “Yes! Every single thing that gets done needs to have the same person be there just standing in the background never talking.”

“Permanent bed warmer? Sounds sexy.” Melissa teased. Everything with Andy felt so easy. On paper, she knew they didn’t go together but that didn’t matter because from the first day she met him she had a crush that just grew and grew. Now, she was going to get to marry him and she couldn’t wait for all the adventures they would take together. “Well, I have to be good for something.” She laughed with a smile on her face. Melissa let her head fall back against his chest when he started to rub her shoulder. “Honestly? I love that.” She said. “And it’s an extra plate of food we can steal from.” Melissa laughed. 

Nodding his head as looked over at her, “Oh yeah it’s super sexy and hot let me tell you.” he joked with a small chuckle. This relationship with Melissa was one that he never thought would happen, she was out of his league, but he was very happy that she did give him a chance and that they ended up here, engaged. Smiling softly as he chuckled, “Well you’re also good at opening the jars in this house, I swear it’s like jars hate me.” He stated as he cast down slightly at her face before he was leaning down and kissing her forehead before continuing rubbing at her shoulders. “Yes this is perfect what if he hire someone to show up wearing all black and standing off to the side. Really get the crowds wondering what’s happening here.” 

I do want kids, scared of becoming a dad but it’s something I want down the line. 

“Anything for you.” She laughed. “Oh, he for sure just sent me up here to keep the bed warm for you.” Melissa loved that he brought out the side of her. Everyday with him was so much fun. She didn’t know that life could be so easy. Melissa could get in her own head, be her own worst enemy but Andy made that all go away. She was so excited to continue building this life with him. “Oh, I am going to make sure they let us take some home.” She chuckled, nodding her head. It was nice to lie here, just listening to his heartbeat. “You know, I don’t hate that idea. Numbers are so boring. I think we should do something fun for our table names.” Melissa suggested. 

Andy laughed as he looked over at Melissa “Well I do hope you’ll become a permanent bed warmer for me.” He wiggled his eyebrows happy that she always went with his dumb antics. He could still remember how she was when they first started to date and he was happy that he was able to help her grow out of the shell that she used to always live in. “See I knew there was something special about you, you know all the right things to say to someone.” He grinned over at her, knowing that this next chapter of their life was going to be fun and he couldn’t wait to finally have that with her. Hand on her shoulder started to rub along it for a moment the smile never really leaving his face, “I think we should have one spot on a table that’s reserved by a name that we didn’t invite just so everyone starts to wonder who it is.” 

Well married is defiantly up there because that is currently being planned, maybe working for myself again...I mean I would also like to possibly have a family started even if I’m kind of terrified of being a dad. 

Melissa looked over at him, her eyebrow raised and a smirk on her face. “Do you want me to leave the room? Send him up here instead?” She laughed. Melissa loved this side of her that Andy always seemed to pull out. Everything felt easy around him. From being a couple to being herself. She still was falling more and more in love with him, even after all the time they had been together. “I knew you were always thinking about him.” Melissa laughed. She lay her head on his chest when the settled into the sofa. “Oh, I can’t wait for it either. I will make sure we get double samples of everything.” She laughed. “And I promise the phone and the binder are going away for the night. It’s just us.” She said, looking up at him and placing a kiss on his jaw line. 

Andy let out a gasp as he looked back at her, “You would do that for me? Maybe it’s destiny that he sent you up here for me.” He teased glad that she knew he was joking and that she always seemed to roll with whatever nonsense it was that he was spewing in her direction. Laughing with a huge smile on his face, “Only every second of the day.” He stated dreamily before chuckling once again, it felt good to be able to joke like this with her, she did so much for him growth wise. His arm went around her shoulders as she placed her head on his chest, “I knew you were an angel, do you think they would let us take some home so we can really make our best decision?” He stated with a smile on his face, “You don’t have to put them away, if you need some input I promise to not say we need ninja turtle table placements...unless.” He stated dragging out the less before laughing, he knew nothing when it came to wedding planning so he was kind of glad she was on top of it all.
