My favorite unhinged Buddie moment isn't even really a single moment, exactly, it's just how it stopped being a joke after Season 2. like Season 2 they could play into the haha bromance of it all, but then Season 3 happens and Buck stoops down so he can look into Christopher's eyes while he reads his card and Eddie watches them with a smile, and Buck almost commits suicide jumping in the water when Christopher goes overboard, and Eddie doesn't let Buck look away when he tells him there's no one he trusts with his son more than Buck, and Buck and Eddie argue in the supermarket like a divorced couple and no one treats it as abnormal, and Buck turns into a grieving husband when Eddie is buried alive, and Eddie is the first to get to Buck when he's almost given up in Buck Begins, and Eddie reaches for Buck when he's shot, and Buck stays with Christopher at the Diaz house and everyone defers to his authority re: Christopher, and Eddie makes Buck Christopher's guardian, and.........
