Marshmallow would be SO HAPPY to receive food. She comes from what's basically a life of luxury for a cat, and had to survive on roadkill for god knows how long. Even if you gave her the worst, most driest kibble she'd gobble it all up in seconds. I think I've mentioned in the past that she used to be a decently fat cat before ending up in the Desert and losing all her weight SO as soon as she has a constant access to food she would gain it all back. Honestly she would get even more fat, to the point that Tracy/Butch would need to limit her food intake because she gorges herself. She can never be sure about whether her next meal is coming or not so Eat Everything Immediately it is!

Now that the first angst is out of the way, you mentioned she'd need a lot of energy to feed all her kittens (which, considering all the ones she has with Gein + 2 others from Dack + an extra one, I think she has the most kittens out of all the cats? Not counting Maisie) and I actually have Some Thoughts about Marshmallow and her possible kittens so strap the fuck in I guess. In my mind, right after she finds out she's expecting Marshmallow is terrified. Even if this took place after the Lab exploded, even if she's living in the Totally Legit Cat Shelter On A Hill, this is Bad and New and she doesn't know how it's going to go. So she does something stupid and runs away. In her search for a safe place, Marshmallow comes across a church (in my first draft for this, it was her old church, the one where she met her old owner? I don't know how much sense it would make tho) and since she's spent most of her cat life inside one, it's like a safe space for her. So she sneaks in and has her kittens there. I DO have plans for this, but I don't know if I'll ever have enough energy to make it into a full-blown comic, maybe I can just write a fanfiction instead? Mhmmm... Eventually the other cats (Gein + Dack, probably carrying Donner lol) find her and everything is fine and they bring her food and idk she gets adopted by the new (younger and hotter and not liable to die very soon) priest. I should make him an OC.

Mhmmmm I feel like Chan Hung would try to handle the kittens by himself or with Maisie's help before introducing them to Stacy bc he wants to make sure she's okay and won't freak out.

THAT being said, I think Floppy and Bubba would come into the picture waaaaay later, when the Lab is exploded and every cat is living a comfortable life in the Brand New Cat Shelter on That One Hill, so Stacy has had time to adjust, heal and get used to all the other kittens, so a couple more wouldn't really faze her. Floppy could be a little problematic because of the whole "technically a clone but not really" thing, but she'll grow on Stacy soon enough. Floppy seems like one of those super clumsy kids that would bump into everything, so all the adult cats would need to keep an eye out for her.

This is SO cool tho, and tracks perfectly with my vision of Marshmallow... I'd imagine she doesn't really want to fight, ever, but sticks close anyway in case Dack somebody gets injured... But she's so scared 🥺 why can't we all just get along.....

Anyway Maisie in the Throbbing Kingdom. I think she would be fucking Terrified. Even of the Stem Cats, they might look cute to us the player, but imagine seeing a fetus-like thing shambling towards you, I'd be dead. And the fact that they can spread and multiply like that? Nightmare material. But, that would mean Maisie can have an unstoppable army if she managed to become queen of the Throbbing Kingdom.

Now, if we go from your idea that Lucy accidentally opened up a Portal to the Kingdom, I don't think she'd be able to reverse the spell, so the Alley Cats would be super worried about Maisie BUT MAYBE, Alice could help them locate her? Assuming this would all take place after the Lab explodes and the Cats are reunited.

From my Document of Various Bullshit (that I started writing last weekend to keep track of things): "Uncanny valley levels of rotund. You can tell that shit's only vaguely trying to pass off as a cat. Only walks on two legs, can speak human language. Demon from hell (NOT fallen angel, this is a demon-born-demon situation) rather weak compared to the demonic bigwigs, has chosen to leave the Fiery Lake (probably through a passage in the Core?) to live a decently peaceful life feeding off the souls of the cats in Boon County"

Also have seen some of the other fan kittens around. The one’s like Magmina (ZaratanaxPyrophina) or Tina x Maisie (I can’t remember their name).

God it took me SO long to get to all the asks. I'm sorry. I don't think I've ever seen the characters you mentioned, but I did see some Magnus/Maisie and Arthur/Chan Hung ones. I think everyone shoudl make more fankittens actually.

ANYWAY, if I had to come up with 50 different personalities I'd cry, so I've picked the few I was more attached to. It was incredibly difficult and I might come back to this post over and over to add more kittens BUT so far I have

Proserpina and Suplex: like Magnus, Proserpina is a bit of a meathead but not completely dumb. She's more naive than stupid, always smiling, with a sunny disposition, ready to help and make friends with everyone. HOWEVER, her willingness to participate in everything and her inability to say no make her a prime target to being exploited by cats who don't have her best interest in mind. Her brother Suplex is her complete opposite, he's a loner, struggles with making friends and doesn't really smile that much. He's kind of an Omen child, fascinated with the macabre and death (takes after Morana) THAT BEING SAID, he has inherited at least some of his father's strength and WILL use it against bullies, especially the ones who target his sister. He's weird but means well and the other kittens let him hang out with them.

Filet, Ribs and Prosciutto: Marshmallow's babies!! They're all very sweet, like her. Filet Mignon is definitely the most hyper one, always on the lookout for new friends. Her and Proserpina are besties <3 and she also helps in looking out for her. Filet is not all sunshine and rainbows though, while her mom and dad (Gein) instilled good values in her, she is not immune to holding grudges and getting mad. If you hurt her friends or family, she will enact revege (the prankster type, not the violent type, but still revenge). Baby Back Ribs is a bit of an introvert. He's not as antisocial as Suplex, but prefers a quiet afternoon indoors to one spent exploring, unlike most of his friends. I think he'd get along with Poppy the best, since she's also pretty chill like that. Ribs also has inherited Gein's mouth birth defect (although not as severe) so speaking is a bit hard for him, which makes him even more shy. Prosciutto, while being the biggest of the three, is also the sweetest and the one who acts the youngest. She doesn't like roughhousing at all, and is a bit of a crybaby. Filet and Proserpina have taken upon themselves to protect her at all costs.

The Dack Stack (Penny, Nickel, Dack Jr. and maybe Donner?): don't ask me how they were born, Dack is just special like that. Everybody loves him. Anyway, I see all of his children as being little bastards, but to differing degrees. Penny is the sweetest one, and loves hanging out with the other kittens and sharing her toys. She's most definitely going to grow up to be a Cleric (Sharing is Caring + Loot Hoarder abilities) Nickel is the oldest, will become a Necromancer, and acts as the cool older sister to the others (especially Suplex, whom she sees as her little brother) she might also be a bad influence! Do NOT dabble in dark magic. Dack Jr is extroverted but also a bit bossy. While she doesn't want to hurt others, she might inadvertidedly put them in danger or manipulate them to do what she wants. She considers Proserpina her best friend, but it's mostly because Proserpina doesn't know how to refuse when Jr. wants her to do something. Luckily Filet doesn't have such problems, and is always there to reign her in and remind her that she's not the boss of anyone. That being said, Dack Jr. is usually the one coming up with adventures for the three of them. She's also a biiiit jealous of her possessions and doesn't like sharing, not even with friends. Dack and the others are helping her working through it.

Poppy: suuuuper shy. Hangs out with Ribs the most, since he's chill and doesn't mind spending time indoors. She's also suuuper patient (takes after Chan Hung) and is basically impossible to get her mad. Despite being a small kitten she's the most "mature" and the others usually go to her for guidance.
