serious answer, actually a ditto so can look like anything but the base form as a pikachu has fluffier fur (skip the next two paragraphs if you want it's just details about where fur is fluffier mostly, got a bit carried away)

it's fluffier around the cheeks and neck, especially around the back of the head to serve as a mane sort of thing that connects to the head fur/hair, and a bit more where the ears connect with the head

also has a tiny bit of fluff on the chest, a bit of fur to serve as a beard, five dots on each side of face for whiskers, three on top two on bottom, and more noticeable eyebrows (drawn as circle shaped instead of just lines), and a bit more fluff in the (i forget the word but the middle point of arm where it bends) and on each corner of the big part of the tail

the fur pattern is different from generic pikas also, it's lighter around the snout down to the belly, the colors are very slightly more saturated and the black fur is brown instead
