[prom scream âˇÂ brittana]
Santana held tightly onto Brittanyâs hand as they pushed through the crowds of people, who were far less calm than the two of them were. Not that Santana felt particularly at ease, but she was trying to be brave for Brittany, and she felt somewhat relieved when they reached the wall, as if it would protect them somehow. Disregarding any care for her brand new prom dress, Santana slid down onto the floor beside the other girl, sitting as closely as possible to her and keeping tightly hold of her hand. âOkay, good idea. Someoneâs gonna let us out soon,â she soothed, resting her head on top of Brittanyâs as the girl rested against her, her skin tingling slightly under the kiss that was pressed to it. âYou know this isnât a Cheerios prank, right?â she asked through the darkness, lifting her arm to wrap around Brittany and pull her in once sheâd moved from where her head had been leaning against her.
There was almost no space between her and Santana, because as Santana pulled her closer, Brittany did the same. Holding on to her felt like the best way to get through this. Together. âI know,â she said quietly. âBut who else? I know Quinn wouldnât do this. I just know... What if itâs real bad guy, like in all the movies and stuff?â
