Did you know that all 5 types of Rhinos are facing the very real chance of extinction? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Rhinoceros are critically endangered. ⠀⠀ There are 30,000 LEFT globally!! 😤 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Rhino horns are considered more valuable than gold. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ There are a variety of reasons why people purchase rhino horns and all of those reasons are bullshit. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ For example, most people either purchase the horns for health benefits or to boast wealth. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Let’s dive right in: Health Purposes - Rhinoceros horns are made up of keratin. Therefore, consumers think that it is a necessary keratin supplement. ⠀⠀ When in actuality, there are HUNDREDS of less destructive keratin dense resources. There are many other health benefits that rhino horns are believed to provide. Similar to my last point, these “benefits,” are unnecessary and can be supplemented in less harmful ways. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Boast Wealth: Get the f**k over yourself, and get your priorities straight. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Some people believe that dehorning Rhinos will decrease poaching. People are taking off these Rhinos horns, thinking it will stop the actual problem. Yes, it has decreased poaching, but does not mean this is okay either. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Rhinos need their horns, they don’t just have horns for no reason. Taking away their horns, leaves the rhino defenseless. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ Should we dehorn rhinos to keep them safe since the poacher has no need for them? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This is important because even after dehorning, will they truly be safe?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Poachers still have killed dehorned rhinos out of anger due to the missing horn. There needs to be a better answer. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ How about we simply just...... STOP F**KING POACHING‼️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We all need to work together and understand that we all share this place we call earth and our home is in trouble. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Stay positive, do your part, and please spread love! 🍃

Over 100 Elephants are killed every day by poachers. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We all live on this earth and we need to work together to keep ALL living things that live here, safe and alive. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ All living things have a purpose, just like you and me. ❤️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Stay positive and always spread the love! 🍃

Our mental health is an important reflection of the quality of our lives. It is a choice every day to be happy, and stay positive. There will always be reasons to be sad if you look for them, but there will also always be a reason to be happy. It is your job to search for the light, even when it seems impossible.
